“My family and I recently stayed at Pendry Natirar to celebrate my birthday, and our experience was truly exceptional thanks in large part to Jeminah at the front desk!
Jeminah went above and beyond to make our stay special. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. She arranged a beautiful room for us and took the time to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. What stood out most was how wonderful she was with our 3 yr old daughter. Her warmth and kindness towards our daughter made a lasting impression on our family.
Not to mention the rest of the staff at the hotel was also super kind and welcoming to us - everyone from the staff opening the front doors, the engineering team when we had a slight glitch in our room, to the staff wandering the lobby there for your needs. Everyone was truly wonderful.
Also we came with our golden retriever, who loved being pet by the staff! Your team even brought up bowls and a dog bed for him - so sweet! Oh and did I mention the food was incredible too?! Just Wow!
Outstanding hospitality is about making guests feel valued and cared for, and Jeminah is a perfect example of that. Because of her exceptional service, my birthday getaway was even more memorable. I hope that Pendry recognizes this individual.

Our server, Anna took it all in stride. She was friendly and very efficient. Appreciated her cheerfulness and patience. Food was delicious and the cocktails, I’m told were refreshing. In today's world, where one struggles, especially if old like we are, to speak to a live human being, when you are able to converse with a person who is actually listening to what you said, this is rare. Add to that delicious fresh food and you have a winner. Tonight we had fresh large shrimps with a most delicious home made cocktail sauce. Fresh crab cakes with a fabulous remoulade, and a chocolate mousse to die for as dessert. We ordered too much and have to save some for tomorrow. We live in town, and are happy to see the names of so many out of town visitors appreciate Chesapeake Tavern.“

And disappointing not to get service in the outdoor comfortable loung area with at least snacks and drinks. Service was not as good as they had before“
