“Ordered take out from this place and since it was in between meals I went with the loaded fries and they were delicious! Going back today for the full lunch with my family.“

“Everything was wonderful from the service to the food. We had Jeanette as our waitress and she was extremely attentive and kept making sure everything was ok. My food was absolutely delicious. Mary Francis was the manager came out to check on us and make sure we were ok and well taken care of. Will absolutely go back!!“

“We were in town last night for a sports tournament and stumbled upon the Firkin Tavern. With four kids and four adults, we weren’t sure what to expect, especially since the tavern was pretty busy with only one server. At first, we were a little concerned it might be overwhelming, but Mike, our waiter, quickly proved us wrong. He was absolutely amazing! Despite the crowd, he handled everything seamlessly and was extremely attentive. The food also exceeded our expectations, it wasn’t just typical bar food.. everything was delicious and really impressed us. If we’re ever in the area again for a tournament, we’ll definitely be back!“

Jack greeted us warmly and was very hospitable, we ordered a couple

“I recommend that your Managers learn Customer Service etiquette. My daughter & I purchased dinner last night(9/7/12) early evening. First, the young lady taking the order mentioned salt is not put on the fries when My daughter requested “no salt”(We know better than this, we are frequent customers). After waiting for our order I realized the “girl” (I think she is a manager)preparing the fries sprinkled salt on the fries so I mentioned it to my daughter so approached “the girl” to let her no salt was not ordered for the fries and she rolled her eyes as though it was my daughter’s fault that she put salt on our fries. “The girl” made more fries but when she called our order number (33) she slammed the bag down and slid the bag toward my daughter with “attitude on her face” I reacted by saying “did she just slam down the bag and slide it across the counter”? I did not make a scene because I didn’t want to embarrass her. I spent $24 for food and I did nothing to deserve her “nasty attitude” what she needs to do is train her employees properly and learn what Customer Service means. I will make a call to the Owner“

“I’ve had two meals from Big Easy this week. Both meals were excellent. Food was fresh and very tasty! I had the Flounder platter and the Fried Oyster Dinner. Each meal was enough for at least two meal for me it was three. Come and taste for yourself!!“

“Man! Every time I come here Jake comes in the clutch and makes me the MOST banging burgers. Came in today and they were a little busy. but I still got my food in under 7 minutes fries were fresh and crispy per usual! Him and 2 other crew members were hustling today! 10/10 recommend this location! I come all the way from feasterville as ours was closed. But this spot is always worth the drive. “Really good lamb over rice, one of the better ones in the area. Friendly, hard-working staff. The first time I went, it was very close to closing and I had not ordered ahead. They easily could have grumbled about it, as it was a Friday and I am sure they wanted to clean up and go home, and they still could not have been friendlier or more accomodating. “Listen. If I was told that Stacey was a goddess of restaurant handling I'd believe it. The only reason. The ONLY reason is this amazing person Stacey for which im writing this review. With several delays she kick butt on serving, bar tending, bar backing, running, and POS all alone lole a 1 person army of badasstery. This women is straight up amazing. I really cannot express how well she handled a literal boat load of customers single handedly. In most places with the situation of delays I've seen, would've folded 10 times over. But Stacey was FN amazing. She was superhuman and honestly if you see her please take care of her. Seriously no way of judging her as a mear mortal. “We sat in the back room. The vibe was not vibing. Hopefully I can have a birthday party in the back room. The reason I didn’t put a low rating for atmosphere is because of the freshly sliced in our kitchen poster. That one in particular disturbed me greatly. At least every fanta flavor was available.

“They really have a senior discount. Ihop goes above and beyond helping seniors with discount meals. Not many other chains come close. I love their pancakes and omelets. This particular place service is really good, friendly and fun. Thank you IHOP“
