“If there were more stars, I'd give them. We are from out of state (formerly from Waldwick) and needed to send a brunch catering to a dear family. Bagel Supreme was professional, sweet, considerate and kind. I called on a Sunday afternoon at 1 PM (about an hour before the store closed) and the owner had his wife call "within the hour." She did and spent time with me on the phone getting the right order to fit my request for the family. Then sent multiple texts to confirm everything throughout the evening. Talk about going ABOVE AND BEYOND! They delivered PROMPTLY as promised the next day and they sent us pictures of the platters to ensure that we saw what was delivered. Greeting cards to mark the occasion with our thoughts HAND WRITTEN were attached. The store would NOT take money until the order was delivered even though I offered to pay in advance. I will absolutely use them in the future for long distance gift giving (who doesn't like food as a gift)? And this will be our very first stop when we are back in town. 1,000% recommend!!!“

“We ordered seven dozen bagels for our homeschool co-op's opening day breakfast, and they were a hit with our crowd of parents and children—fresh, with a crisp exterior and just the right chewiness. Our high schoolers especially loved the texture and commented on how flavorful the bagels were. I even saw some of the high school boys eating them again at lunchtime instead of the pizza we had ordered! Mark coordinated our order and was very responsive and helpful. We'll definitely order from House of Bagels for our next bagel breakfast.“

The two brothers I worked with listened to my situation and understood what I was hoping to provide food-wise, and then they suggested a mixed tray of baked goods and desserts that were perfect. They even sent me photos and a video of the finished trays of goodies after they put them together. And then they delivered. Amazing. Top-notch customer service. I highly recommend this company for food delivery and catering. Good, good people.“

We explained, we were looking to take some good bagels back with us. The young lady(sorry I never asked your name) was so nice & accommodated us with a free sample of a pumpernickel bagel. We were over the moon & found heaven in a bagel! Fresh, tasty, delicious New Jersey bagels! We ordered 2 dozen to take home to Tennessee, which by the way you actually get 15 bagels for a dozen(must be some kind of new math, lol). Guessing the online bagels we’ve been getting will be on hold for quite a while, these bagel are worth the side trip if you are ever within 20 miles(for us 600 miles), do yourself a favor get some & the crumb cake they have is also delicious! “Love, love, love TFAB! Legit the best bagels around! They are the perfect mix of chewy, with a crispy/crusty outer shell. If you rip the bagel, it doesn’t rip evenly (rightfully so). This place has always been my number 1 spot. We typically go at least once a week and it’s a Sunday ritual. Personal favorite is an everything bagel. Their blueberry is amazing, even the next day.

They are even better when they are fresh out of the over - literal heaven!

The staff is always so friendly and they know us by name. They are also just so kind to my son, who has been snacking on their bagels since he could have solids. They have definitely set the bar high for bagel expectations!

They are usually packed in the mornings, so if you are in a hurry, try to call in your order ahead of time to save yourself a long wait.“

The bagel has the right consistency of crunchy and chewy with the flavor that you expect. “This is one of my favorite food places. The bakery goods are fantastic. Bagels are made on premises and if you get lucky, you can get them fresh out of the oven.

Though not high end dining, this restaurant checks the boxes. Food is excellent. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is not fair to rate the atmosphere on the same plane as the other two. It’s not fancy but quite functional. Especially since it’s usually utilized as a take out place. Most of the time, I’m passing through. I phone in my order and pick it up shortly after. BTW, the tuna and chicken salads are to die for. Maybe the best I’ve ever had. The egg salad is no slouch either.“

The salads and the fries are really good too. The prices aren't crazy and the portions are decent. The staff is always friendly and willing to accommodate any special requests that I may have. This is definitely my favorite bagel shop.“
