“Hamburg bagels are the absolute best in all of Northern NJ! We are bagel connoisseurs and they are the best since our days in Wayne, NJ Sam’s to be particular. The owner is hands on and runs a tight ship with great organization and the most delicious variety of bagels. We make a 20 minute trek there for Christmas morning bagels and to satisfy our need for bagels throughout the year. You need to get there early Christmas eve morning and this morning we had a delightful experience with Medi a very patient and polite man. I highly recommend Hamburg Bagels for the most delectable variety of bagels and breakfast sandwiches. A black diamond/five star experience!“

“I could start with the food but I wouldn’t have had any if it weren’t for the manager, hostesses and staff that made sure my stupid mistake of reservations on the wrong Sunday wasn’t just discarded and made me deal with my mistake. From the hostesses to the manager on Sunday 2/15 they made me feel like they made the mistake and scrambled to fix it and get us our table. They were all so kind and amazing. Probably the most fantastic cus let service ever. And them the food…everything I was serve was presented with knowledge and care and fantastic presentation. But in the end, the taste is the most important and the food was to die for. We had a lot of fish and every last morsel was cooked to perfection and I can say it was probably one of the best meals I’ve had in my life. A billion kudos to fantastic food, amazing service and staff that make you feel comfortable and enthusiastic about every last piece of food we ate. I cannot possibly portray how happy and satisfied I was with every second of my experience. I know we should expect amazing food from a critically acclaimed restaurant but the fact that they could simply rely on that obviously isn’t enough for this restaurant. Food, service, every moment was worth every second and every pretty penny it cost. I would do it over and over and everyone else should too! I feel awful I cannot name every person because they all deserve to be recognized so please, every person that worked on 2/15…I made sure my tip reflected it but please, management, recognize them. “I just tried this Cafe this morning for the first time and it was delicious!! I ordered an omelette with fresh veggies and Swiss, side of home fries and whole grain toast. “This is a very quaint cute little restaurant nestled in Warwick NY on the boarder of NJ. It is expensive but the quality is exceptional! Well worth the money. The menu changes seasonally since it is farm to table. Need reservations or you won't get a table. It's a very small restaurant about 6 tables. The restaurant is right next to a creek and has a very cozy vibe. Can't say enough about the food, it really is wonderful, great for a nice night out. You will not be disappointed and I always leave very full! About $100-$150 per person if getting 3 courses and alcoholic drink(s), they have a wine and beer menu and loose leaf teas! Would obviously be less if not getting the 3 course option that they have or alcohol. Hope you have a great time here like I did!“

“TLDR: Top tier brisket. Nearly as good as Texas brisket and certainly best I have had in New Jersey thus far. The hidden restaurant in the middle of a garden is so quaint and peaceful, I recommend going for lunch or a cozy dinner. View of the surrounding hills is also amazing.

Quality of Food: I had no complaints about the food. The garden salad was refreshing and did not lack in its flavor. The brisket was AMAZING. If you look at my other reviews, you will find I am originally from the south and have frequented a few BBQ places in New Jersey, all of which have fallen short of what I have come to find as quality BBQ. This. Did. Not. Disappoint. The brisket was slightly marbled and melted in your mouth. I can only imagine the quality of the Rib Steak if the brisket was top notch. The cornbread was the only thing I could say was standard taste and quality.

Quality of Service: It was neither over-the top nor mediocre service. Seemed like a decent amount of young adults were waiting on tables. We stopped in for a quick bite before heading to a festival, but we had no issues getting our order taken, food delivered and check processed quickly.

Environment & Ambiance: Can't be compared to the other locations at the resort. The garden by itself is adorable and makes you feel like you're in a storybook. Looking out towards the hills provides a feeling of awe. The outside ambiance and cute tables and chairs makes you feel like you're joining Alice at a tea party.

Pricing and Concerns: It's certainly not cheap if you are ordering their higher priced options. However, that being said, it is most definitely worth every penny. Not to mention you're at a resort, so what would you expect besides expensive dishes? For a party of two you can keep it under $$$. Add drinks or an extra person and you're going over. No other concerns to note.

“You can always judge a classic take-out Chinese spot by two things: a sun-faded overhead menu and a kid behind the counter doing homework. The new Mr. Wonton may not have the discolored menu yet—but they do have a little boy at the counter, so they’re definitely on the right track!

The food is okay—not terrible, not amazing. I ordered the General Tso’s Chicken. My only real complaint (and this applies to a lot of take-out Chinese places) is the packaging. The plastic containers are incredibly shallow now (see picture). We’re paying more and getting less! Bring back the old, deeper containers and keep the price the same.

The service is solid. The young guy working the counter on a busy Saturday night was cranking out orders as fast as he could. He handled the rush really well—props to him.

The atmosphere is your typical take-out spot. On my last visit, it looked like they were putting up new chalkboard menus. And if the little kid is there, be ready for some chit-chat—he’s quite the talker (in a good way).

“Stopped into Angelo’s for brunch as it seemed to be the only eatery opened on Christmas Day in the area. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the hostess and by other staff members. Our server, Nelly, gave us plenty of time to review the bountiful menu. When we asked if the chicken noodle soup was salty, she was so kind as to bring us a tiny cup for us to sample , which prompted us to order since it was well flavored, and filled with chunks of chicken. Other dishes we ordered were the BBQ wings, vegetable omelettes, and avocado burger. Our party very much enjoyed everything we ordered and they didn’t skimp on the portion sizes. Even the adults couldn’t finish the vegetable omelettes with home fries/fruit and toast, and had to doggy bag. The amount of avocado on the burger was outrageous; looked like they served a whole fruit’s worth. And Nelly was the perfect server, coming by occasionally to check in on us, and refilling our coffee. So happy we came across this gem of a diner.“

Since the day it opened, to the new present owners...its has been true to the authentic Latin cuisine that is part of my cultura. Valentino, and his attentive staff offers their best service to their customers. But that is just part of it. I've been in this community for over 30+years. There are a lot of amazing restaurants in our town. But Coquito is close to my heart. Our new mental health organization, Warwick Cares, recently held a fundraiser hosted at Coquitos. It was phenomenal. Valentino, Zori, and staff went out of their way to open the doors, and make sure that we, and our guests were accommodated with all that was needed for it to be a successful event. We felt like family. It was our first fundraiser, but for them it was one of many which they helped in the community, as they did for the Puerto Rico disaster relief efforts. A notworthy mention because in Warwick, we value relationships and trust. Coquito is what I call full service restaurant with heart. We are so very grateful for them. I highly recommend Coquitos, a place which serves delicious food with a side of love and compassion. They happily display some of our signs that say " You, are loved." and there is "Hope"... messages that are part of our initiatives. When you go, please thank them for us as well, for supporting this important cause for mental health. “beautiful place and a fun fall activity but sooo crowded! parking gets full too so you may have to go up the “hill” and walk back down to where most of the activities are. Good food is served though but wait line can get long. if you dont have the patience and so not like large crowds then stay clear from this place lol but if youre up for it, this will be a fun spot for you.

“Best best best. I have given gift cards to 3 or 4 friends in WM (where we never had good food) and this place is so much like China Town NYC. Whoever said it's not hot? It's hot a half hour later, trust me we live a half hour away, piping hot. I have never one time in 100's of time had a bad meal here. Especially love their soups, Ginger Chicken, General Tao, sometimes the boneless ribs are too chewy, but if you ask for them tender and well done, they do that. The soups might be a bit expensive but all else to me, is well deserved and fairly paid.“
