“My wife brought a box home from El Mariachi for Valentine’s Day, nothing says love like tacos. Well, I fell in love with the birria tacos. In the last 6 weeks, we have ordered from here every Saturday. The birria, al pastor, and chicken tacos are delicious and full of flavor. The rice is perfectly made, and they have the Coca Cola in the bottle, made with cane sugar. Definitely a place you need to come and try!“

“My first time here at Eddie V’s, I went to celebrate my Birthday and they really rolled out the red carpet! Everyone made my birthday so special starting with the bartender Hannah who is so sweet and made the best strawberry mango martini. Our waiter Michael was the absolute best! I was greeted at the table with a handmade birthday card done by the Hostess! The food was fantastic, even the managers came over to wish me a happy birthday! “My family had dinner at Albertinos today for my mom and husbands birthday. Because there was 9 of us they require a fix price meal for each person. This price includes an app, main, and dessert - anything on the menu. The service here is outstanding. The food is better than anywhere else in town, and for me- the best Italian I have ever had. Dinner for 9 of us took about three hours. To me, this is amazing. There was no rush. They made sure everything was perfect. We were able to relax and enjoy our time. We have been there two other times and have had the same waitress. The daughter of the owner (Jsut another plus). She is bubbly and kind and makes sure everyone has a great time. “I’ve been twice with my Son, Cal and love the ambience, friendly staff and the menu items we tried. It’s not Olive Garden or Chilis but unique dishes of quality and flavor. The portions (for me) are large and sadly I haven made it to the tempting desserts. It is a byob but we also tried the Peach Iced Tea which was sweet and delicious. They also pack to go orders which seemed pretty busy. Their 2 for $30 dinners on Thursdays was more than we could finish but good the next day!“

“Cannot recommend this place enough!!! Absolutely outstanding food & quality. I’m a huge fan of Po Boy sandwiches and had been struggling to find any in the area, found Crab De Jour Pennsauken on Door Dash & saw they had them.

Decided to give them a shot, got the cat fish one & the flounder one, I had always wanted to try catfish so I figured this was a good time to do it.

Both sandwiches were perfect, like actually perfect. The catfish one was easily my favorite of the two & now am a big fan of catfish. Flounder was solid , will be trying the shrimp one & oyster one next!

Their Cocktail sauce was delicious and had a great texture, the fries ( I got both Cajun & sweet potato ) were borderline addicting , perfectly cooked & seasoning was top tier.

Overall I have nothing but great things to say about this place, I’ve ordered 3 days in a row this week. Service & Food was outstanding , I’ve only had them via delivery but I can tell you this location and staff are amazing & they earned a lifelong customer with me.

5 stars across the board , if you’re on the fence of trying them or looking for great food at a very good value I hope this review convinces you to give them a shot.

“Mt Laurel is not a hot bed for… anything… but Monterey Grill is THE silver lining in Mt Laurel. Chef Andrew and his kitchen staff have a group personality matches their menu to a “T”. It’s controlled chaos but the flavor profiles of every dish are enjoyable and it gives guests something different to enjoy every night. The waiting staff are all amazing; welcoming, fun, and professional. They know their menu like pros and they know their wine list equally as well. The regular bar tenders are GREAT and their smokey old fashions are next to none in the area.

Only feedback: Management could do a better job at livening up the atmosphere… there used to be live music all the time and now they only have live music on Fridays. There was recently a change in management, so I suspect that these unwanted changes came from ownership and the new upper management team to save money, but it’s been a big swing and an even bigger miss.

Locals have loved this spot for years. Hopefully ownership come to terms with their mistakes and decide to run it back because Monterey Grill was perfect the way it was for many years.

Don’t let it turn into a “chainy” feeling vibe like Harvest or Red Stone. People like restaurants that are boutique and different. Character is everything in the hospitality business and the staff at Monterey Grill already has that!

Management has a choice to make… hopefully they figure it out. I’ll always support this spot, if for nothing else because the staff deserves the support.“

“What a hidden gem! Wanted to try this place and decided to give it a try on a Friday during lent since they had a lot of seafood options. We did takeout and the food was still piping hot when we got home. We had gotten the deluxe fish sandwich that came with bang bang tater tots( SO GOOD), fish tacos, served with fries, and the salmon Rasta pasta. It was the best salmon that we’ve had! The cashier was very friendly and courteous, and the place had a very cool vibe inside.“

He gave us just the right amount of attention and was very pleasant. Sometimes we feel either rushed or ignored but he made sure we were taken care at our pace. It was a great experience.“

“Giumarello’s Restaurant was delicious! The martinis were great. Appetizers: crab stack with mango salsa and avocado or saffron mussels with shrimp, Yumo! Entrees: Miso glazed sea bass or filet with stuffed lobster tail both Devine! Dessert: Chocolate heaven flourless cake and salted carmel creme brulee were heavenly 😋 Our waiter Griffin was wonderful and very knowledgeable, especially since we needed gluten free options.
