“This was my first time having a mochinut and it was absolutely delightful!!! Their taro mochinut has been my favorite flavor so far. The texture is sooo good. It's both chewy like mochi and doughy like a donut, the perfect mixture of both! Not too heavy and not too sweet. And their variety of flavors is amazing and unique! I can't wait to go back and have some more. I can tell the staff there work hard to pump out all these donuts and with such quality too! Please keep doing what you're doing!“

“The location and area are clean. I just ordered a large black cold brew with no ice and got charged an extra $1.50 for no ice. There was no warning about this extra charge either. Whenever I order an ice coffee, I get more ice than coffee with no discount, so yes I feel a little salty but the coffee was good.“

“New to the area.Got a bacon, egg, and cheese w/ salt pepper and ketchup on a bagel, a glazed doughnut and a coffee.FANTASTIC!!!!Make sure you are not in a rush. He puts a lot of effort into his food and he’s the only one working there.Bagel was fresh as in he just made it in front of me and put it out. Doughnut tasted homemade and was soooo good.This is a must try. It is a one owner shop though. No employees from what I could tell. I mention because of possible wait time. It is a mom and pop shop. Owner was very pleasant.Definitely coming back here for food and baked goods.MUST TRY!!!!“

Every now & again I'll get a cold dark roast but they always correct the issue like any customer oriented establishment. I recommend this Dunkin.“

Well, the service was so great here and everyone so friendly that I just never left. Unfortunately, it was not in the best condition. It was evident that a previous customer had left it in a messy state, which was disappointing. I expected a higher level of cleanliness, especially considering the great service I had received at the counter.I understand that accidents happen, but maintaining restroom cleanliness should be a priority for any establishment. This aspect of my visit left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth, as it detracted from the overall positive impression I had of the Dunkin location.In conclusion, while the customer service at this Dunkin in Scotch Plains, NJ, was top-notch, I hope the management can pay more attention to restroom cleanliness to ensure a consistently pleasant experience for all customers. “This branch is my first time ever having Dunkin coffee in the USA. I came to the USA last year and ever since i had a connection with this Dunkin' donuts branch. I don't know why i like this branch. Since i was living here in Edison alone that's why when i saw all the known faces of the employees I felt good. Looks like they are kind of my unspoken friend.
