“Frequent customer, but always blown away with the freshness of their summer menu. The shrimply the best tacos, which was originally on a tostada last summer, was just as amazing, but didn’t sit as heavy as a tostada. Love the move to a light tortilla. The Mexi-Avo toast was so filling and the flavors melted together so nicely. Don’t forget the decor inside is so cozy, boho/havana vibe and perfect for a date or girl’s brunch. 10/10“

Pork chop used to be really cooked to perfection and moist, however lately it has been dried out and overcooked. Mac and cheese lost the amount of cheese it usually has on it, and noodles were undercooked the previous two times. Must have changed the cooks in kitchen, who knows.“

As I’m sitting and eating my food I decided to leave a review but before doing that I wanted to read people’s reviews and see what their thoughts were. I honestly don’t understand why there’s many reviews claiming the customer service is horrible. They greeted and welcomed me in and even explained what certain food on their menu were so I don’t see what makes them have bad customer service. Now let’s get to the food part. I ordered their mixed grill which had three different types of spiced chicken. The chicken had so much flavor it was spiced and cooked to perfection. Overall the food and customer service were outstanding. If you’re in the area and looki by for delicious Afgan/kabob food this is the place to go. I’ve tried many Indian Italian fusion restaurants in Central Jersey, and i think this might be the best one I’ve had so far.

The desi desi wings were phenomenal and exactly to my taste.

I also ordered one of the paneer pasta dishes which tasted good as well.

“Went to Fresh Tiki Bar in Somerville for ice cream and wow, did not disappoint. It’s rich and creamy, you can just tell it’s made with good ingredients, not the cheap stuff. Not overly sweet either, which I loved. The tropical flavors were a fun twist, definitely not your average ice cream shop. Portions were generous too, no complaints there. Staff was super friendly and fast. Great little spot for a hot day, already thinking about my next visit. If you’re around Somerville and want something sweet, this is the move.“

They have 3 ordering stations and private seating places which are perfect for studying but a bit dark lowkey. They also have free water which is a blessing. Parking is also easy to find🙏.“
