“We've eaten there many times. The food is good with large portions and at very reasonable prices. Mohammad the waiter, aka Mo, is exceptionally friendly, attentive, professional and accommodating. His service is fantastic and always with a smile. We've had other waitresses serve us that were not so friendly and their service was very disappointing so we try to go when we know Mo is working. I highly recommend eating there and hopefully you'll get Mo to serve you. It just makes your meal more enjoyable.“

“The breakfast menu is just perfect with something for everyone. I preferred the pancakes with eggs, bacon and sausage. Those pancakes were so tender and I used lots of butter on them. Yummy!“

“As a newcomer to Waldwick, we’ve been exploring local restaurants to celebrate our move — and this charming spot definitely stood out. I haven’t been in the U.S. for very long, but this place gave off such a nostalgic, classic diner vibe.
Even though we visited early in the morning, the restaurant was already bustling, which really showed how much the locals love it.
The service was fast and friendly, and the food came out quickly, tasted great, and was very reasonably priced.
It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again — truly a lovely little gem in town.“

“Wait staff was friendly and you were not pushed to finish dinner. We had the shrimp po' boy and the grilled ribeye open face steak sandwich. I asked for my French fries to be extra crispy and they were delicious. After driving for almost 5 hours, sitting in rush hour traffic and construction, this diner made our day and on a really great note.“

The food was absolutely fantastic, and our waitress, Nicole, truly elevated our evening with her exceptional service. Not only was she incredibly sweet, but she also demonstrated unparalleled attentiveness throughout our meal. From promptly fulfilling our requests for extra napkins to ensuring our glasses were never empty, Nicole went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Thanks to her warm demeanor and impeccable service, our dinner was nothing short of amazing. We are already looking forward to returning, knowing that Nicole will make our next visit just as memorable. She is undoubtedly an asset to the team and deserves all the praise!!“

“Ok, Grant Plater u fukn idiot it's obvious u don't get out to eat much... So d*** f*** any diner in the fun word u go to u get a waffle that can be cut into 4 sections. As far as chicken n Waffles d*** fuk unless u specify fried chicken and waffles, u will get tenders as for the gravy stupid for ur chicken, ur supposed to use syrup with this plate. If you did get fried chicken the cost would go up, duhh let me guess u would b**** about that to. Unless u no how a dish is served u should not complain because u sound like a fukn d*** a** who doesn't have a clue about dining out.. you wud be the type to go to a classy astablishment and say wats all the forks and spoons for by one plate.. ask before u comment and make a a** out of urself“

“I would like to start the review with saying that our server Tony/Antonio was THE BEST. He is a gentleman and a scholar and amazing person and is great at what he does. I went to with my fiancé, sister and brother-in-law to Montville Diner before going pumpkin picking on a Sunday. The food was great! We'll all had breakfast, my sister and I both ordered the western omelet and added cheese (American and Mozzarella), bro-in-law had eggs benedict and my fiancé had a plain scrambled and home fries. Cozy Diner with normal diner pricing, solid food, and even better service. Will be coming back and would highly recommend to check out.“

“We used to go to Park West quite often, but stopped when we were tired of having to check the bill carefully for overcharging. Happened again yesterday when we called in a pick up and 2 of the 3 items ordered were wrong and the wrong higher price was still charged. And, we didn't get two items we ordered, nor the coleslaw and pickle that was requested. Not happy at all“

“My family always comes here for a quick bite whenever we get a chance to be together. We happened to go on Father’s Day and the owner surprised our table by taking care of the bill for us. The waitress had come to our table to let us know that owner likes to choose a family once a week as a giving back gesture and comps their bill and that our family was chosen. It was so sweet and we asked to meet him to thank him. He said he saw our daughter and said “the kids are our future” in Spanish. It was beautiful. Plus the food is always tasty and the waitress was very personable and polite and friendly throughout the dining experience. 🩷“

“Good food, people & service. Try it out. Bakery goods to Die for. I had chicken & waffles, both were top notch (puts waffle house to shame). Cousin had a plate filling beautiful omelet that he was very happy with. Then we tried pastries.....OMG?“
