“Quiet little spot In a strip mall. Vegetarian Sour Soup was tasty. Gyoza were out of this world. Some places dont get the filling or the dipping sauce right but WG did it right. Kani salad was great. I also had a spider roll - I will definitely return“

“Let me preface this by saying I ordered this on DoorDash.

Now I was surfing DoorDash one night (tonight) because I was craving sushi but didn’t want to spend too much on it, was just hoping to get a fill of fish so was looking for cheap “low quality” sushi, and I stumbled onto this gem.

Even the menu on the app looked a bit fancy for “low quality” sushi (Japanese WAGYU sushi??) so I decided to try it out. Wow.

First off, the price. The price is on par with some of the other revolving sushi restaurants, but definitely cheaper than more formal sit down restaurants. Secondly, THE QUALITY. Not ONE of the sushi’s I ordered (I ordered pretty much one of everything, my wallet’s cooked) was fishy. Everything tasted fresh. The Yuzu salmon as well as the Japanese wagyu was to die for (I literally moaned). THE WASABI IS REAL WASABI. You don’t understand, these things aren’t typical of a revolving sushi restaurant, especially not for one of this price point.

Anyways, I don’t normally write reviews let alone take photos of food for reviews, but I took some just for yall because this restaurant blew my expectations out of the water. I can’t wait to visit in person someday soon.“

“Been searching for good japanese restaurant for quite some time. Let me just say that Mikado far exceeded our expectations. From tge appetizers to dinner, it was exceptional. Our server, Michelle, was great. We had tge seared pepper tuna sushi app - so fresh and delicious. My husband had the hibachi with filet and lobster - amazing too. My son had the combo udon noodles - ate every bite! We had the tempura banana dessert - delicious as well as the chocolate mousse cake and coppa cafe. Amy at the front desk was so gracious and sweet. We will definitely be back many times. Give this place a try - you won’t be disappointed!!!“

“For all all you can eat location, it is good quality food at a reasonable price in a clean and quiet atmosphere. It's mot cluttered with tables and the service is quick and timely. There is small fee for take away, but it's nothing crazy.“

“The food??? AMAZING!! The chicken wings got so much flavor and the rice is perfectly seasoned not too much not too little. Now my favorite thing??? That shrimp tempura poke bowl is AMAZINGGG. I literally will gladly take that 16 minute drive any day. Edit: ordered again today, got the same bowl but with brown rice due to diabetes, was SUPER GOOD. Will never complain !“

“Hewa is the restaurant where my love for sushi started. It is a great value with a wide variety and is a staple dinner option at my house. However after eating sushi from several other restaurants I have to unfortunately say, it is not the best. Don't get me wrong it's still really good and sometimes I just need a good heeling of Hewa, but it's the variety that allows Hewav to excel not necessarily the quality. That being said they are the best of the middle, only being beat by higher end swanky sushi places. Everyone should go here for the every day sushi or Chinese, it is just a solid meal everytime.“

My mother had an issue with the food and they were kind regarding the matter (note: food is fine, my mom is just fussy about the container it comes in). When eating in, we're served with cutlery and plates. Portions are filling and I always leave feeling fulfilled. Go to is usually two shrimp rolls, egg drop soup, and shrimp lomein/fried rice.“

“Arrived 8:15 Friday night was seated immediately in a very secluded spot. Server was at our table in 1-2 minutes. The staff was very attentive and super friendly.
Now to the quality of the food. I have boneless duck was tender and flavorful. The other diner had beef thia Basel. The beef was so tender and just excellent. Had an sushimi app that was fabulous. The place is a find and you won’t be disappointed.“

“Make sure you come hungry so you can get your money’s worth. The food is really good. The way it works is, you circle what you want from a menu and they bring it to you. There’s a wide variety of sushi rolls and each one is worth trying. They also have a lot individual items like fried squid and chicken on a stick. For desserts they have great ice cream.“
