“Heard about this place just about a year ago! Went there one other time last year and fell in love with their ham! Went there today and it's just as good! I had the Ham Classic sandwich! OMG!!! This ham is so tasty! You can get it with Swiss or Cheddar cheese, I chose Swiss. Lettuce, tomato, Mayo and their honey mustard Dijon sauce! This is DA BOMB!!! The honey mustard Dijon compliments it so much! Fresh croissant it's on! Just mouth watering good! Love this place and I'm sure you will too! “Jeff made us feel at home! I originally came in from Brooklyn, NY to come visit a friend out in Jersey! My first time here felt like I’ve been here before. Jeff recommended some special sauces to us for the wings and it stands out compared to other places. We allowed us to taste test a hot sauce, which wasn’t just hot, but flavorful as well! He held wonderful conversations with us and was able to relate to us in a lot of ways. His engagement made us want to come back! I’ll be here once again if I find myself around town again. “Had a few hours to kill before my flight at EWR. Looked up restaurants near the airport, found this and I’m so glad I did. Friendly staff, delicious Beyond Burger wrap w sweet potato tots, and a deeeeelish freshly made strawberry lemonade. Highly recommend! I’m keeping this place in my fav saves. If I’m ever back in Newark NJ I’m def stopping back. That drink was so perfect for the hot day!“

The menu, from the drinks to the entrees, put a fun spin on familiar dishes—just enough to be unique without deviating too much from traditional favorites. The calamari appetizer with chili peppers and capers was the best I’ve ever had— flavors were amazing. The Parmesan-crusted salmon was also tasty and my wife loved her meal too. With an assorted buffet menu and a live band, our members had a memorable evening in the private room of Tavern 73. The cash bar was very busy, and people raved about the food as they left this 4-hour event. Special thanks to Kaya and Gail for the excellent job they did to help to organize and execute this event. “Terrific and nostalgic fare. Got Turkey club for my meal with their delicious French fries. The sandwich was good enough to conquer my hunger and I only ate half. Took home the leftovers. My husband had the classic burger with French fries and it was huge and cooked to perfection. He said it was juicy and full of flavor with all the toppings. We both liked that the French fries came in a metal cup container because it kept the temperature longer which allowed us to eat them warm. I chose the green tea iced tea and thought it was perfectly not too sweet. Hubby got plain iced tea and it was unsweetened and terrific too. Prices are comparable to the area with tip just under $60.“

Patricio and Dylan were the most considerate, kind, attentive and understanding waiters I have ever met in my entire life. After dining in the tri-state area my whole life, exploring cities like Chicago and LA through food, I’ve been conditioned and numb to lackluster waitstaff and typically take the approach of trying just to avoid them spitting in my food, but Patricio and Dylan completely floored me in their attention to detail, knowledge, and service that showed me exactly what good waiters could be. Living with GI issues and intolerances, I consistently feel like an inconvenience at restaurants and that the entire responsibility of making sure I don’t fall ill after dining is based on how I modify the menu and pick around my plate. EXCEPT here at Rails with Patricio and Dylan, I had the first care-free dining experience in my life, their thoughtfulness allowed me to be truly present with my family, enjoy the wonderful food being served, and just live in the moment, which is so important to me. Dylan was explicit in the detail of every dish and always helped me navigate what was coming around and being served. Now, back to the tears, when I subtly mentioned in passing to Patricio that I couldn’t eat dairy and couldn’t partake in the birthday cake, he brought me a delicious sorbet flight, unprompted, just so that I could feel a part of the festivities.
