Since it was our first time, she gave us great recommendations and really took the time to explain the menu. She even let us sample a few of the ice cream flavors, which was a nice touch! “We love this place! The name is misleading as it has the most authentic Pakistani/ Indian entrees not just fried fast food! Everything we’ve tried from their menu is delicious but our personal fav are biryani, Haleem, chicken tikkas, bihari and parathas. Their special naans are amazing! “Best seasoned garlic wings in Montclair. Absolutely delicious. We had the seasoned secret sauce wings as well..and it was flavorful, fresh, and a nice crunch when you bite in. Best french fries! Their Aurora blue lemon was different and refreshing! Great service and friendly staff.

Parking: Sundays are better for parking. The entire strip is busy on Friday and Saturdays so it's best to park and walk to the location

“Been going to Happy Paisa Chicken for decades. Though I’m a pescatarian, I’ve always been satisfied with delicious food. My mom and friends like the chicken meals; I enjoy tostones, salad, rice, yucca, beans (frijoles), green sauce, puffed cheese pastries, and more. Since the 2020’s began, however, there is only the Take-out option; no dine-in.
A word of caution: be careful to park legally on the street; I’ve gotten a couple of parking tickets there over the years.“

“I haven't had a bad experience per day but they did get slammed while I was there and ended up passing my order to someone else because they forgot I was there overall good hot food no complaints there and the ice cream isn't bad. Side note I enjoy the friendly chats the two men seem to have with patrons(I'm not from here but have been a few times always everyone smiling or laughing)“

Just to be perfectly honest, this place is located in a rather tough area, so keep that in mind when going here. The menu is behind the checkout, and there are a lot of pictures of the offerings around the place. The employee was pretty blunt and efficient, very no nonsense. “I stopped here after I finished getting my nails done next door. I used their ATM and came back. I grabbed lamb over rice with salad. The lamb was delicious the rice was ok expected more flavor. People weren’t watching their kids and they were eating off other peoples plates. I don’t mind sharing with kids but please don’t allow them to stick their hands in random strangers plates. I would definitely return for take out not to dine in.“

“I wish I would have got the young boys name that was working the front. He was so so so nice. Great customer service. Knew the menu items and all the content of them. The chicken is a must, everything was fresh, the Gyro Sandwich was so large it fed two people (the sauce on them was so great). Prices are great as well. The macaroni salad also great. This is a MUST try! We are only here for Vacation and I like small hole in the wall places this was definitely a 10/10!!!“
