“I went to celebrate my cousin's birthday party. The dining area and dance floor were a good size. The bar area had a huge screen for watching sports and enjoying the appetizers that were being passed out. The wait staff were very attentive.The restrooms were clean but needed to be attended to more. Somebody took my umbrella which was left in the bucket area when you come in and out. It didn't ruin my night, I had a great time.I think my cousins had a cater.

It was a small gathering after a union/wedding they decorated our table so pretty and gave us a very warm welcome, shout out to Mimi! She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, gave suggestions to help our guests choose what to eat and drink, outstanding jollof my steak was delicious and all the dishes we chose were great, 10 out of 10! Other bars right down the block plays music just as loud and stays open just as late. Besides the one incident last year, there aren’t any brawls or fights that happen there. Most ppl that go there are regulars and know each other. To the ppl complaint about it being loud in open late, you have the power to move to another place you knew where you were moving to when you moved there tankys has been there my whole lifeThe drinks are strong and cheap, the vibe is chill, older crowd, when they have a DJ the music is good, u can bring food in, and they have a lil pool table and a parking lot. I been going to tankys for year and never had a bad experience. Occasionally the bartenders be too busy to get to me and I’ll get tired of waiting and leave but that’s all rare.“

The drinks were very well made, with nice presentation. My wife, Patricia, had a Coconut Mojito and I had two Lemon Martinis (well blended) refreshing and tasty. Order the Calamari as an appetizer. Our entrees were the salmon and the cheese steak. Everything was prepared with a Columbian flare! Ole! You and a culinary delight.“

“Tucked away behind the Main Street we stumbled upon this excellent restaurant. We ordered Spring rolls and a Japanese thingy for starter, both were really good. For mains it was Beef and Ginger and Prawn Fried Rice, again both excellent. So for 2 starters, 2 mains and 4 drinks it came to 58 euros, even excellenter ?…music choice was a bit different in that it was dance oriented but wasn’t out of place. We have booked again and would obviously recommend ?“
