“When my son came down with a high temp, awful sore throat, and queasy stomach, I remembered hearing about the congee at Fresh Bui. So I called on my way home from work and placed an order to pick up for him - without issue. On arrival, I realized that the shop had already closed, but the owner was inside waiting for me to pick up. So kind!! I thanked her and told her I was bringing the porridge to my sick son, and she insisted on making him a special herbal tea remedy. She was so wonderful, and the combo of the congee and tea definitely put my son on the road to recovery! I have also enjoyed their teas and smoothies from time to time, but this was an "above and beyond" experience. So thankful to have Fresh Bui right here in town!“

Parking: Parking is a bit tough as it is on a very busy street. If you go around the block towards supremo supermarket you’ll be able to find a wider variety of parking.“

“Stunning cafe. Hidden gem for sure. In the middle of the craziest morning, I couldn’t have had a better slowdown than Orange House Cafe. The barista was really patient, kind. “I was delighted the other day when I popped into the playa bowl located in Summit NJ.
First of all the music was fantastic but the second I open the front door,I was greeted with a big beautiful smile accompanied with “how are you doing today, ma’am?”
Very sincere very authentic.
I had to ask the gal her name and I knew in an instant she must’ve been a manager.
Just the way she was having full control .
Her name is Iwlly.

What a lovely person.
She also had a young man working with her by the name of Dylan. I can’t say enough nice things about him as well.

I had a bit of a difficult order, but the both of them were very confident and assured me they had it down to a science.

I love all of the Playa bowl shops, but this one takes the cake. It’s just so organized and so friendly and they’re never cheap or stingy with their toppings either.
I mean, let’s face it. Everything‘s gone up and it’s very expensive so it’s nice to treat yourself and when you pay extra for toppings, you don’t wanna be slighted and this summit shop does not slight you in the least.

Their granola branded as SoulNola is really another level of deliciousness. It has a chewy sweet almost molasses like quality that’s awesome. “I recently completed the whole food cleanse and can't say enough good things about how delicious the food is at Fresh Press Juice Company. I've had their juices before and have my favorites (The Healer, Feelin' The Beat, Cold Buster) but I'm really happy to have another option in town to turn to for food. Breakfast options - the overnight oats, granola. tofu scramble, and snack pack of fruit and almond butter were all delicious and filling. For lunch and dinner options, the bean burger is not to be missed as well as all of their soups. The rainbow wraps have the perfect amount of hummus and the kale caesar salad is so good. As much as I love their juice, they offer so much more than just juice! Even my kids love their banana whips. We are so lucky to have them in town! And the staff are always very friendly and helpful.“

However, I've switched it up with other smoothies on the menu, too.I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wrap. Ranch and Hot sauce on the side (to avoid a soggy wrap and I can proportion how much sauce I want in it). In the picture, it's the Acai Berry Boost smoothie.I don't live by and have never gone to this location. My brother-in-law helps pick up my order whenever he has a smoothie craving and I always know what to get.
