“As a newcomer to Waldwick, we’ve been exploring local restaurants to celebrate our move — and this charming spot definitely stood out. I haven’t been in the U.S. for very long, but this place gave off such a nostalgic, classic diner vibe.
Even though we visited early in the morning, the restaurant was already bustling, which really showed how much the locals love it.
The service was fast and friendly, and the food came out quickly, tasted great, and was very reasonably priced.
It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again — truly a lovely little gem in town.“

“Wait staff was friendly and you were not pushed to finish dinner. We had the shrimp po' boy and the grilled ribeye open face steak sandwich. I asked for my French fries to be extra crispy and they were delicious. After driving for almost 5 hours, sitting in rush hour traffic and construction, this diner made our day and on a really great note.“

“Abbie’s Diner is back and better than ever. They freshened up the interior with new tables, chairs and decor. This morning we had pancakes French toast, eggs, bacon, and sausage. Everything was delicious and the service is super friendly. A couple of cool things to note: their coffee is really good now, they have whole grain toast, and you can get blueberry pancake pancakes. If you haven’t been back since them reopening, recommend going soon!“

“Ok, Grant Plater u fukn idiot it's obvious u don't get out to eat much... So d*** f*** any diner in the fun word u go to u get a waffle that can be cut into 4 sections. As far as chicken n Waffles d*** fuk unless u specify fried chicken and waffles, u will get tenders as for the gravy stupid for ur chicken, ur supposed to use syrup with this plate. If you did get fried chicken the cost would go up, duhh let me guess u would b**** about that to. Unless u no how a dish is served u should not complain because u sound like a fukn d*** a** who doesn't have a clue about dining out.. you wud be the type to go to a classy astablishment and say wats all the forks and spoons for by one plate.. ask before u comment and make a a** out of urself“

“We mostly order from the catering package, no order is too small or too large, We were accomodated very well. My Favorites are the Kare-Kare, Turon, Fried Chicken, Lumpia, and the Sisig. For Christmas, Thanksgiving, Birthdays, Church Events, etc they will not disappoint.“

“Quiet and cozy small town diner with the feel of the greasy spoon diners of yesteryear minus the grease. Greeted with a smile upon entry by the guy at the counter and from the beginning you realize that they value their patrons. Nice selection of items available, standard fare, with breakfast served at any time. Food was well worth the price. Family friendly. “My church had a farewell breakfast for my pastor.We ordered from the Goldmine. They were wonderful and the food was delicious.They were on time with the delivery. We ordered for 50 people. We had enough that some went back for seconds and third helping. The manager and workers were wonderful.We will definitely use them again.“

“I had a great time here yesterday with my husband, Debbie was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so heard and we had great conversations while there. The food was pretty good, enjoyed the steaks. The French onion soup was delicious, I honestly recommend if you ever want a warm place to have a meal. Thank you again Debbie, you are amazing!“
