“Went for our 16th anniversary and did not disappoint. Service in bar was top notch. Our server for dinner, Devin went over menu, specials and drink specials along with making several personal recommendations. Every recommendation he made was spot on. From the limited time Valentine’s Day drinks to the appetizer to the main courses. He was very knowledgeable about the menu in general and took the time to answer any and all questions. I had the New York strip steak with foie gras add on. Wife had Scottish salmon. We went with the delmonico potatoes and Brussels sprouts for sides. Simple yet sooooooooooooo good. I’d go back again just for the sides. THEY WERE THAT GOOD! My steak was perfect (possibly best I’ve ever had) and my wife loved her salmon. We will for sure be back again. “This was my first time in here as it was for my tuesday night dart league. Its a small bar but as soon as i wakked in and had to get a drink, the bartender made it feel like ive going there for a long time. They do have a bar menu and its a mix of typical bar food/snacks and stuff you wont see at a bar too much. They offer pizza, hot oven pretzels, wings, tenders, fried raviolis, hot dogs, burgers, cheese steaks, buffalo tots (I was sucking on ice for an hour but it was good). So you guessed it, i enjoyed it.“
“Moved to Lake Hopatcong less than a year ago and still exploring the area. Went to McKenna's for the first time. What a welcoming atmosphere. Food was good, people were very friendly. Bob, the owner, bought a round of drinks and Kim, the bartender, was attentive and personable. 5 stars all around! Will definitely go back.“
“I’ve been to a lot of pubs on the east coast, but this one is special. Authentic pieces of Ireland inside and the atmosphere puts you setting in a pub in Dublin.Great place and staff. Food was fresh and served proper. We had the Rusty Irishman drink “ like an old fashioned” and came back a second day to enjoy another round. Great place to rest up and enjoy the east coast before headed into the city. I would recommend a stop and rest over.“
“Welcoming staff and the owner is always hands on.Cozy atmosphere with a bar. Food comes out hot. Live music on Fridays. We have been several times and Im hoping they address my one peeve. Though I appreciate cleanliness, the smell of whatever product they are using is so strong it lingers the entire meal. Go to a product not so toxic and scented so we can enjoy the food w/o the oder.“

“Tuesday is karaoke night. The bar is happening but not busy, the music is on but not unmanageable, and the drinks are good. I really enjoyed my time, and the drinks, and the service. I'll only knock the fact that the menu doesn't display prices and the "not IPA craft selection" is pretty bad. Which I know is a tall ask but for 20+ beers is a little bit disappointing.I would totally go back.“

“This local tavern seems to have transformed itself during the pandemic! The food is amazing! I was surprised at the prices however. We intended to stop in for a few beers and burgers, it was not a special night out but it wound up costing as much as if it were. The noise levels tend to get pretty high in the bar, so you may prefer to sit in the back dining area. Go and support locally owned establishments!“

“I go once in a while they have a lot of regulars. It's a nice chill spot to have a few drinks and relax. Staff is great! I've never had a problem. Nice vibe even when I'm not drinking (I'm pregnant and still go with my bf so he can relax) but over all definitely recommend you check it “
