“I can’t say one bad thing about this restaurant - the food, the service, even the greeting at the front door was all great. As soon as my friends and I walked in we felt comfortable. We shared eggplant rollatini and bruschetta to start, and each had pasta dishes (chicken parm & lasagna) for our main entrees. We each brought half our dinners home so we could share a dessert :) which was also wonderful (fresh baked chocolate chip cookie in a cast iron pan with ice cream). We WILL be back. This place is a gem!“

“Attended a party there. Great food. We had Caesar salad, meatballs (giant), fried calamari (really good!) and our choice of entree. I chose chicken parmigiana, first off as a joke I asked the server if this was for the entire table, a huge portion! Two large chicken breasts atop a good size serving of linguine. The red sauce was excellent. I can’t wait to go back.“

“Excellent service, fantastic bagels, sandwiches and more. They are in the King's Plaza located next to the drug store. So many bagels to choose from. So many different types of cream cheeses, too. Lots of breakfast sandwiches and lunch sandwiches too. Soup, 4 different kinds on the day I went. And the muffins looked spectacular! Nice place to sit down for a quick breakfast. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

Napoletan done the right way. Not to mention the owner is beyond good people. Greeted me outside while I was waiting for them to open and then offered me an espresso while my food was being prepared. “The most flavorful hard ice cream! The Dark Chocolate Raspberry Truffle? ::chef's kiss:: We mixed it with the cappuccino (great coffee flavor!) and my non-sweet-eating husband ate his half. The kids had a handful of very colorful chocolate dipped waffle cones to choose from and enjoyed their delicious colorbomb on the bench outside. They got the crazy vanilla (because rainbows are fun to eat!) and it was not only pretty but also had a really nice vanilla flavor. We'll definitely be going out of our way for this stop again! “Before our bike trip, my husband and I stopped by this café for coffee. He ordered an espresso, and I chose a cappuccino. The café has a great atmosphere—nicely decorated with various tables. Despite it not being busy and having several staff members, we had to wait quite a while for our coffee. There are no waiters here, so you need to pick up your coffee yourself and bring it to your table, and after drinking, return the cups to the dish bin. The coffee was a bit acidic for our taste, but the cappuccino was reasonably well-made—it was served in a proper small cup with frothed milk. All in all, it’s a very nice café.“

Servers were kind and friendly, but our party was ignored for moderate durations of time. No one came throughout the entire meal to check on how the food was or see if people wanted more to drink. At the end, after waiting almost 30 minutes for someone to come with the check, I waited another 15 minutes to have someone come and pick it up after which I ended up going out and searching how to pay.“

I must say that with the current establishment the food quality is outstanding! It is probably the best it has ever been. They don’t skimp on rice either, providing a container of rice with each entree ordered. The only complaint might be that the entrees that used smoked vegetables might have been a little too smoky, but still delicious. Try the food now before it changes again.“

“Delicious! I was new to the place so we got a variety of items to try, on the recommendation of my brother.
I had the mama's favorite chicken sandwich and the chicken was juicy, tender and flavorful. Everything was fresh from the mozz to the spinach.
We also had the herb parm potato slices which were flavorful.
My partner had the mango chicken salad, the home made salsa was so good he wanted to take some to go (unfortunately they only do small batches at a time!)
We took two orders to go- smothered chicken and the 5 way chili. Even reheated, the smothered chicken was phenomenal! My brothers favorite is always the 5 way chili!“

As I tried to explain why I was there. She continued to say she was busy. And in the middle of doing 75 order, she would have never told me to come this early and, why was I there over again. Yes, to a paying customer. When I didn’t even enter the store. I poked my head in. She could have said the pick up times to me again and to please come back later. Since it is too early for pick up. I would have gladly walk out the door and came back at the correct time. Needless to say the owner of this business is a horrendous woman. I will never use this business again and I will encourage everyone I know , to do the same.“

“Went there with the family (10 people), the food was good, service was correct (the waitress was nice and got pretty much everything right), could have checked up on us more often (probably short-staffed). Nothing special about the atmosphere.

“Went tonight for my wife’s 30th birthday. Took 30 minutes to order appetizers and main course. Also then waited another 30 minute for appetizer and main courses to come out. Service was super slow between waiter and kitchen. Food was good in taste. Appetizer smaller in portion but flavorful. Most people in our party of 6 got the scallops. Two got the lobster dish with squid ink pasta and stated it was okay and not the best pairing. Salmon was paired with a white bean?
We brought in a cake, they charge 5$ for a cake cutting slice, that’s fine but we were never asked for coffees or teas until we asked. When we tried to order the espresso waiter said they were not making them anymore. All in all 4 stars if I were to rate my experience. French fries were Cold.. also. Saddle river inn beats these guys by a long stretch.

“Been waiting forever to try Delucia’s out and finally was able to. My father and brother came out for a NJ visit from Canada and we decided to see what it was all about. Absolutely 100% worth the drive if you are within a 5 hour distance. The inside is very cozy and family like. The aromas are to die for the second you open the door. Staff was very welcoming and we felt right at home. This alone made the experience worth it for us. The pizza was incredible. Very light, crispy dough with the perfect balance of cheese to sauce ratios. This has always been my biggest issue when getting pizza as the art of balance has started to die off as more and more long time places are closing. There’s a lot of good pizza in the Tri-State area but this place takes it to another level. The old brick oven, the flavor of the sauce, paired with complex flavor of dough, paying homage to the old country, it was absolutely fantastic. I have zero doubts this will be the main place I go for pizza despite living 40 minutes away. Thank you Delucia’s for the hospitality and the incredible experience. You made the time I spent with my family (who I don’t get to see much), that much more special. 10/10“
