“I have dined here multiple times. The food is always great as is the service. The restaurant has a cute vibe, however the last few times I have eaten here the restaurant has been extremely dirty. The silverware is not clean and the tables and floors are not clean. The tables nearby remain uncleared for the duration of our dining. We had a hard time finishing one sentence of our conversation without being asked how things were or if we wanted more coffee. I'm serious, no fewer than 6 people visited our table. Our waitress, Marissa, was personable and helpful; she was taking care of us very well. The 1-star for atmosphere was because the OWNER came to our table and asked if we wanted more coffee. I declined, but my friend accepted. I swear she did this just to make him go away as Marissa had offered us coffee moments before and she'd declined. THEN WE OVERHEAR the manager giving Marissa a hard time because we ACCEPTED COFFEE. His assumption was that she had not been attending to us instead of understanding that women know that the male ego has a hard time with the word NO. “My hubby and I came here for lunch. Once we sat down, we were immediately greeted by our server Austin. I cannot tell you how amazing he was. From the second we sat down until the moment we left, he was outstanding. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable about the food and patient. He gave such great suggestions and I followed his suggestions. I got the quesadilla and my hubby got the rise and shine. Both were so so good! The quesadilla was DELICIOUS. I had it with a sauce on the side and it was amazing. We also spoke with the manager James who was so so nice and professional and just such a pleasure to speak with. “Excellent little diner inside the convenience store right next to Dunkin donuts. It's a family-owned business. It's a husband and wife. The wife makes the best empanadas there. They're fresh, made every single day. The chicharron is excellent. And I love the breakfast sandwiches. That's usually my go-to there. I get a a pork roll egg and cheese with jalapenos and they get my order right every single time.“

What really stood out during my visit was the service. Wael, the gentleman working the front counter, was exceptionally polite, attentive, and patient. His attention to detail and willingness to listen closely to my order, especially as someone who likes to customize their breakfast sandwiches, this was refreshing. The interior is a bit animated with its menu signs and had the second largest seating capacity of the four places. While not very large there was more than enough seating available. \n\nThis Texas Weiner-only tour included four luncheonettes located in Dunellen, Middlesex and Plainfield. “I’ve been eating here for almost 10 years. The food is OUT OF THIS WORLD. People use the word butter milk pancakes loosely. Theirs really taste like butter milk. Everything is good. Same chef for years. My only complaint is, They never open on time, they’ve actually been closed for a while with no notice.
