IHOP is truly an amazing place to indulge in pancakes! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm atmosphere and friendly smiles. The variety of pancakes they offer is impressive—whether you’re in the mood for classic buttermilk or something more adventurous, there’s something for everyone.

We decided to order a combo meal, and it did not disappoint. The pancakes were fluffy and delicious, perfectly complemented by the rich, flavorful maple syrup, which is definitely the best I’ve ever had. It’s a game changer that takes the experience to a whole new level!

The service was excellent as well; our server was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in providing a great dining experience.

We live close by, so we took a nice walk to the restaurant, which added to the experience. If you’re looking for a cozy spot to enjoy some fantastic pancakes, I highly recommend visiting IHOP at least once. You won’t regret it!“

“We stopped going because the portions where less but the price was increased so we gave it another chance n they definitely improved the portions were wonderful that was equal to the price n i had the goat n it was delicious n my husband had the breakfast combo n he was very happy with the pancake sizes n the delicious eggs“

“Had breakfast here early on a Saturday with a friend. Food was good for sure. However, EVERY person working at this restaurant attended to us. We had a hard time finishing one sentence of our conversation without being asked how things were or if we wanted more coffee. I'm serious, no fewer than 6 people visited our table. Our waitress, Marissa, was personable and helpful; she was taking care of us very well. The 1-star for atmosphere was because the OWNER came to our table and asked if we wanted more coffee. I declined, but my friend accepted. I swear she did this just to make him go away as Marissa had offered us coffee moments before and she'd declined. THEN WE OVERHEAR the manager giving Marissa a hard time because we ACCEPTED COFFEE. His assumption was that she had not been attending to us instead of understanding that women know that the male ego has a hard time with the word NO. Not only should management not be giving a good waitress a hard time, they certainly should not do it where customers can hear. Gross!“

“The question is, was this place good enough for me to be a repeat customer? And the answer is an astounding YES!! For me this place is a vibe, though it's small in size. It's big in ambiance. Each person I encountered was as pleasant as the next. We shared the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls. Delicious is all I can say. Also the cheese burger and the French toast sandwich is also a must try. This place is a definitely a place to go??

“My son and I had a great breakfast at Turning Point this morning, and we have to give a shoutout to our waitress, Courtney (with pink hair). She made our time special! She was friendly, attentive and amicable! We enjoyed our time and visit! Thank you.

“I have been meaning to go there for a while and opportunity presented itself yesterday. The friend I went with had gone there earlier in the Summer and advised the food was good. I was not disappointed. Service was excellent and those of you who read my reviews know that is a top priority for me. The food was excellent. I ordered chicken and waffles, you have a choice of chicken tenders or wings. I opted for the wings. My friend ordered a combo plate that had eggs, home fries, bacon and French toast. The food looked good on the plate and tasted just as good. It wasn't too crowded but I have been told if you go on the weekend there will be a wait.“

“This is a great little café/diner right next to the Westfield train station. We are fairly new to Westfield and went there for the first time a couple of weeks ago. We were wowed by the wonderful customer service of our waitress, Cindy. She was very attentive, provided great order suggestions and also brought over their delicious housemade hot sauce to go along with our eggs. All the food we ordered was wonderful, including the short stack of chocolate chip pancakes, the egg and cheese sandwich on a hard roll, and the Florentine omelette. The chef (maybe owner?), Ash even stopped by later on towards the end of our meal to check on how everything was. We meant to write this review right after that, but then never got around to it and when we went back today a few weeks later, we realized how much we needed to write this up! This time Kirsten and Cindy both helped us out, and Cindy remembered us by our orders from the last time even though we had only been here one time- very impressive and shows a great attention to detail and customer service. Ash came by also, and it was clear he remembered us as well. The food was fresh and tasty yet again (we got the French toast, egg and cheese sandwich, and Greek omelette this time) and the prices are great. This place is a gem and is definitely becoming one of our go-to spots!“

“I’ve been eating here for almost 10 years. The food is OUT OF THIS WORLD. People use the word butter milk pancakes loosely. Theirs really taste like butter milk. Everything is good. Same chef for years. My only complaint is, They never open on time, they’ve actually been closed for a while with no notice. “I’ll tell you one this is is The ONlY IHOP that’s gets it right. Wait time was told 30 min but they move very fast I was in 15min, cause it was packed. The food come on a good time HoT and let me tell you …. Thres Lecha Pancakes on point amazing and the breakfast was GrEaT. Staff from Host to the waiter was amazing. “Greetings I normally have a great experience food great service great and I tip.My adult son and I ventured this morning 6/4/24.the waitress who I don’t think was suppose to be our waitress.due to she was calling another when she couldn’t get she now comes and say I will be ya waitress and came with the dryness to begin. Her first name started with a J she was quick fast to leave stating I will give you a minute. I stated no we ready she took our order our food arrives, my son received Buttermilk pancakes in which he wanted regular but she never asked and forgot his hash browns in Which was ready but not on table ,not once did she come and check on us and the only napkins I had was the one on table. She had no bedside manner I was disappointed left no tip and walked out asking my son to take care of bill.“

“It gives me great pleasure to give THIS particular IHOP 5 stars. Our waitress was Lorena S. She was great. Extremely patient, courteous and very pleasant and helpful. But I want to give kudos to the entire staff at this IHOP. The food came quick, just the way we ordered it AND hot. The eggs were PERFECT, pancakes nice and large and fluffy. I HIGHLY recommend THIS IHOP. :-)“

How is something on menu and don't know what it is??? She came back and said breaded something. I got a friggin burger. Me and my daughter will NEVER go there again! Should have gone to Irvington.“
