Their staff was incredibly sweet, professional, and all around pleasant. And the cake? Oh my God. I couldn't ask for a better outcome. I provided a reference photo and the result was an exact match. Flavor wise? Impeccable. I don't know what it is about these cakes but it was hands down the best cake I've ever had in my life. It was decadent but not too sweet (especially with black frosting, I was pleasantly surprised), perfectly piped frosting, and perfectly light and flavorful strawberries and cream filling. “Cold Stone Creamery never disappoints! From the moment you walk in, the smell of fresh waffle cones and the cheerful energy of the staff instantly puts a smile on your face. The ice cream is incredibly creamy, rich, and full of flavor.

I tried the IceCream Nacho which they just started and it was super delicious. I've never tried this type of combination before. The staff was friendly, patient, and offered great recommendations. Everything was fresh, the store was clean, and the service was quick even during a busy time.
