“My wife and I wanted to grab a bite at NewMex-A-Que food truck one night while we were food hunting. We spotted them parked outside bow and arrow brewery. We ordered Grilled cheese with carne and let me just say, the best food you'll ever try flavor wise. It'll leave your mouth watering wanting more because the taste and flavor is just so delicious! I also ordered brisket and it's cooked by two of the best 5 star people in the Albuquerque food truck industry! Support them because they are bringing quality food you will not be disappointed! Service was great, they have a great atmosphere, and always in a good mood which is contagious! My kind of spot to get food! Check out their menu for more choices or food! “I regularly order Mexican food, and I was looking for some good carne asada fries at around 11:30pm. This place is just down the road from my apartment and let me tell you I will be coming here more often! The carne asada on the fries was crispy but not dry, it came with a good amount of carne as well. The fries were crispy as well and tasted great. It came topped with sour cream, guacamole, and beans (which I did not expect). I’m excited to try more food from them. The only downside is that it is located in a sketchy part of town so it is a little weird coming here late at night but besides that I will be coming here again and it might be my new spot!“

Owners are super friendly as well.My only complaint is that sometimes when you request a certain chile (red or green), they don't give you what you ask for.“

“Stupidest name ever for a food truck. Rollin coals definition is for a stupid modified diesel truck to blow black smoke in the air on purpose due to their modified fuel management system just to look cool and to pollute. The brisket tacos were delicious and the gentleman who served me was super nice. I would recommend this food truck to anyone, and I will be spending my money with them again in the future. If I was the owner I would definitely be thinking about a name change“

“We finally got a chance to try the burgers here (via delivery) and they did not disappoint. I got the black bean burger and my husband had the green chile cheese burger and both were cooked perfectly and delicious! Added bonus are the fluffy on the inside but crispy on the outside perfectly salted fries. Yum! We will definitely order from here again and I think it took some creativity to come up with all of those menu items and names, well done!“
