“Very enjoyable experience at Starbucks Coffee Company. The café had a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere that made it a perfect place to enjoy coffee, work, or meet with friends. The staff members were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the visit. I also appreciated the clean and comfortable seating areas, which created a calm environment even during busy hours. This is a reliable and comfortable coffee shop for both quick stops and longer visits.“

“By far, my favorite Starbucks to go to. Staff is so friendly and so kind even in a major rush the drinks are always amazing. The service is 10 out of 10. The store is kept clean. During last visit, the staff were very quiet. Was looking for someone to answer a question and caught the eye of 2 staff before they turned away (no headsets, so they weren't working the window). Finally found one who talked to me.“

“Best Starbucks in town! Friendly employees and they make the yummy coffee. Today, I placed a mobile order. But I couldn't go in to get it because my son didn't want to go in. I can't leave him in the car by himself. Brian brought the coffee out to me. He's awesome! Best customer service!“

I have never waited more then 2 mins in the drive thru even during rush hour and my drinks are always made correctly, I genuinely love this Starbucks their so friendly and efficient, anyone who says different must be dramatic because this location is the only one that I will go too.“

Joslyn delivered such an exceptional customer service experiences. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were remarkable. She greeted me with authentic kindness and ensured that my order was handled with care and precision.

Joslyn went far beyond simply preparing a drink—she created an experience. Her ability to combine efficiency with genuine hospitality is something many companies strive for but rarely achieve.

Frankly, talent like this should not go unnoticed. If leadership at Starbucks ever happens to see this review, Joslyn is the type of employee who should absolutely be considered for store management or even regional leadership development. Individuals with her level of professionalism, composure, and natural leadership ability are the reason customers return.

The rest of the staff mirrored this same positive energy—The ladies, Bronia and Darlena were attentive, enormously kind, professional and clearly proud of the environment they maintain. They both are true leaders! Bright smiles and pristine customer service! It’s evident that this team operates with a strong sense of collaboration and respect for their customers. Management alert! Each team member should have their own store!

For anyone in Albuquerque looking for a Starbucks location that truly exemplifies what the brand stands for, this team sets the standard.

“I don't have to say how amazing this place is because if you've ever been here you already know it is spectacular. Today this location took it a step further and really did something special by providing one of the drinks in my order at no charge because of a really long wait. I wasn't upset by the wait, but pleasantly surprised by the kind gesture.“

“Awesome as always. The only thing I sometimes have an issue with is that when you order a custom drink it is not always the same. For example I wanted to order the Carmel ribbon crunch which they offer on the menu as a frappe but I wanted it iced. You would think that that would be the same drink mix just over the ice instead of blending the ice in it, right? Well for some reason when I order it this way they seem to either say they can’t make it just over ice or the mixture is totally different each time. So not sure why this is, I would have thought it would be the exact same but the only difference being pressing the start button on the blender verses just pouring it in my cup. It beats me but otherwise always amazing.“

“I specifically order (4) triple shots of espresso in trenta cups twice a week (unless I’m traveling). This saves me time bc I religiously have a triple shot of espresso with a protein shake EVERY DAY. I love this location because they NEVER refuse to give me my espresso in trenta cups and 99.9% of the time they know exactly what I am going to order. Other locations will blatantly argue with me and say they will only provide venti cups. I then have to order 4 unnecessary trenta cups of ice water. I can’t thank this Starbucks locations baristas enough for ALWAYS providing EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH A SMILE!“

“Service is always great, fast, and friendly. Whoever the guy is, that's always there, he's a rockstar. If he's a manager then he's a great one. Always helping out the other baristas, making drinks, taking orders, managing the line, and all of it all at once. The other lady who looks like a young Jennifer Coolidge is just as awesome too. Both are very sweet. Then the man who looks like Freddie Stroma is nice. I got frustrated that the other store didn't have their breakfast burritos. I ended up being snippy toward him when he was helping. I was mad at the lack of burritos and not Burqueno Spiderman. I hate Starbucks in general but this stores employees make this location the exception

“This Starbucks is my go-to for consistently great drinks and friendly service. What really stands out is their strong community spirit — they generously donate coffee every month to our dads/kids fellowship group at the local elementary school. They even went above and beyond one time when their drip machine was down: a staff member drove to another store just to make sure we got our coffee.

Huge thanks to Manager Roman and the entire team for their kindness and dedication. Highly recommend stopping in!“

I stopped on the way to the dog park with my pup, and we were very pleasantly helped by an employee named Liza. She assured me, “oh I ALWAYS have time for a pup cup!” She was so warm towards my dog.

The entire appearance of the atmosphere of this store— and the appearance of our barista— was clean and warm and welcoming. It looked moderd and chic.

It was a really nice interaction with her this morning. I noticed how big and open the store was because the large windows. They can nice mugs displayed of Albuquerque themed decor on them. I noticed it, and put in the back of my mind for a gift later on.“

It's great coffee strong caffeine I like to come in and get mango dragon fruit with lemonade the one with water doesn't have a lot of flavor there's times I will occasionally ask for extra mango fruit which makes it a little bit darker in the color and if you're like me and enjoy a drink that looks a different color you'll love the drink try one“

Probably much like my spelling of the word describing the type of shot.This is a common mistake (the blending not the spelling) and generally only yields 3 stars BUT! it’s a pretty darn good drink because all the other measurements are correct and there was no whip.“

“I usually get the Grande caramel frappuccino with three shots of espresso triple Blended with extra whipped cream and I put the whip cream on the side so I get more coffee! Either rain it's typically a complex order and I say to Triple blend it because for some reason people always forget the blend and the espresso stays on the bottom. Didn't have that issue here . They got it right the first time!“
