“By far, my favorite Starbucks to go to. Staff is so friendly and so kind even in a major rush the drinks are always amazing. The service is 10 out of 10. The store is kept clean. There’s always a smile on their faces. They deserve way more than they’re being given. I just wanna say thank you to the wonderful staff today because they did an amazing job.“

During last visit, the staff were very quiet. Was looking for someone to answer a question and caught the eye of 2 staff before they turned away (no headsets, so they weren't working the window). Finally found one who talked to me.“

“Very enjoyable experience at Starbucks Coffee Company. The café had a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere that made it a perfect place to enjoy coffee, work, or meet with friends. The drinks were prepared quickly and tasted fresh and high quality, with a great variety of espresso beverages, teas, and seasonal options available. The staff members were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the visit. I also appreciated the clean and comfortable seating areas, which created a calm environment even during busy hours. The pastries and snacks paired perfectly with the coffee and were fresh and flavorful. Everything throughout the café felt organized and professionally maintained. This is a reliable and comfortable coffee shop for both quick stops and longer visits.“

“Food/ drinks was delicious as usual. Went inside to pick up my order but took a seat to wait. Noticed it was sitting on the counter behind the pick up counter. I went to go ask for it but 2 employees had there back turned to me and another customer for a few minutes. I don't know how long that lady was waiting for them but after I stood there for a bit they grabbed my drink and put it in the counter for pick up. I didn't have a chance to ask for it. I don't have an issue I just didn't think it was polite to have their backs turned to thr customers.“

“We decided to get a early evening latte. My Mom decided she wanted to try a PSL and I just went for the classic venti hot latte. We went through the drive thru to order. The barista greeted us quickly and was very patient and kind taking our order. We pulled up to the window and saw that her name was Mia. She was one of the most courteous and respectful baristas I've had in a while. I even asked her if she wouldn't mind posing for my review, which she did. Thanks Mia. Our drinks met our expectations. Another consistently good Starbucks.“

“It stinks that u can’t put light ice anymore on the refreshers u want to pay for the drink not the ice! the ice takes up the whole drink I want to get my moneys worth if I was gunna pay for ice I would go home and get it out of the refrigerator!“

“Probably one of the fastest Starbucks I've ever been to. I've visited several the and never wait more than a minute or so for my drink. The staff are focused and working all the time. Clean seating area. Sometimes the music is a bit too loud for my taste.“

“This Starbucks is my go-to for consistently great drinks and friendly service. What really stands out is their strong community spirit — they generously donate coffee every month to our dads/kids fellowship group at the local elementary school. They even went above and beyond one time when their drip machine was down: a staff member drove to another store just to make sure we got our coffee.

Huge thanks to Manager Roman and the entire team for their kindness and dedication. Highly recommend stopping in!“

“You know it's just after Christmas holidays New Year's and you would almost expect our Starbucks baristas be a little burned out but they didn't show even a hint of that they almost seemed excited to be back at the bar helping us with our crazy orders which may include whip with chocolate drizzle and cinnamon sprinkles, she didn't even wince! Got to love that hospitality is what brings me back when I could just as easily Walk On By! Thank you thank you my dear barista for those unexpected small kindnesses so necessary after the Holiday adrenaline-infused Dreams and Drains...“

Vegetarian options: They have a pretty good amount of food that is vegetarian then most places that worked with my wife

Kid-friendliness: They are super friendly to kids and give free stickers at this location to my kids and they love them“

“Starbucks is amazing. I prefer local cafes and restaurants but Starbucks is always there. I is open way early and the orders get out quickly no matter how busy they get. I also get Delta Airlines Frequent Flyer Rewards Points when I rel8ad my card that is connected to online ordering. Oh, and the grilled cheeses are actually really good.“

“I accidentally ordered smalls (grande) instead of venti (mediums) the Starbucks sizing make me nervous and it was my fault for not knowing more specifically the sizes but I went back, explaining I ordered the wrong sizes and they replaced them for me! “This newer Starbucks is located on the corner of Lomas and Broadway. It is inviting inside and even has a convenient drive-thru facility. The service was prompt and friendly. There were plenty of tables and seats inside. My coffee was hot and just perfect. I walked from the Embassy Suites not far away. This Starbucks was not here when I first walked the area in 2015. “Amazing staff at this location! I had ordered online via the website, and even after selecting this location twice (after it glitched out the first time), the website jumped back to the Wyoming & Academy location without me realizing. I ended up heading here and waiting for my order when they were in the midst of a rush, not thinking anything of it.
One of the baristas asked me what I was waiting on, only to inform me he didn't see my order on his end. Sure enough, that's when I saw on my phone that it had been sent to the other Wyoming location. Yet, he and another barista offered to make my drinks - without charging me - which was extremely kind of them to do!
I had left the only cash I had in the tip jar since I can't tip on the website, but I bought some of the madeleines so I could tip them extra for their friendliness and service! Seems like there's a really great crew here at this location. Of course, the drinks came out great, as well!“

“I visit 4+ times a week to buy the same thing - an iced coffee with light ice. I usually use the drive-through. I bought another this morning.

I find the consistency in my coffee to be about the same as when I go to other stores.

Staff are fine and adequately friendly. The drive through line usually moves pretty quickly, although due to the compact drive-through, a larger order can cause the line to be backed up into the parking lot.

When I have been inside, I don't see the usual culprits of sticky messes or scattered straw wrappers left on tables. They keep it clean and tidy.“

“Venti Mocha Frap with an add shot affogato on top.Close, it was almost correct. Probably much like my spelling of the word describing the type of shot.This is a common mistake (the blending not the spelling) and generally only yields 3 stars BUT! it’s a pretty darn good drink because all the other measurements are correct and there was no whip.“

It's great coffee strong caffeine I like to come in and get mango dragon fruit with lemonade the one with water doesn't have a lot of flavor there's times I will occasionally ask for extra mango fruit which makes it a little bit darker in the color and if you're like me and enjoy a drink that looks a different color you'll love the drink try one“

“I work arias town from this location. On my way I pass at least 2 to 3 other locations on my way home BUT I still always come to this location. The BEST drinks I don’t care what crazy drinks I wants try always the best and the crew there, hands down the best. Just wanted to put it out there that this location is the one (even with no inside area)“

“Service is always great, fast, and friendly. Whoever the guy is, that's always there, he's a rockstar. If he's a manager then he's a great one. Always helping out the other baristas, making drinks, taking orders, managing the line, and all of it all at once. The other lady who looks like a young Jennifer Coolidge is just as awesome too. Both are very sweet. Then the man who looks like Freddie Stroma is nice. I got frustrated that the other store didn't have their breakfast burritos. I ended up being snippy toward him when he was helping. I was mad at the lack of burritos and not Burqueno Spiderman. I hate Starbucks in general but this stores employees make this location the exception

“This particular Starbucks is unremarkable both positive and negative, staff is friendly, coffee is Starbucks quality; it is a typical Starbucks... I wish reviewers would focus on the the actual service and product provided and leave politics out of how they merit a particular location.“

“Dine-in, Iced coffee. This place has the weirdest way of getting in and out. Google maps will take you BEHIND the Costco, like in the alleyway behind the building...bizarre. West Side traffic always...so good luck getting out of this maze intact. The store was nice though and the people in the place were friendly.“

“Sat down with a friend for a coffee date and the servers were just incredibly accommodating, friendly, offered us water after we'd been sat there a while. Every time I come, either through drive through or in person, the space is clean, welcoming and the servers are incredibly nice, and upbeat. “9/10/2026 I popped in the drive thru around 5 pm in need of a pick me up. There was no wait. I ordered a large hot latte. I pulled up to the empty window, waited a few minutes, and the barista showed with my drink. We scanned my phone app for payment and I was on my way. My latte was to my liking.“

“Lovely Starbucks. The girls are always smiling. I asked for half coffee half hot water and they made it perfectly. Biscotti was yummy but just like every Starbucks, it’s overpriced . Seating also limited and AC not strong and lots of sunshine in seating area so keep that in mind if you order hot beverage .“
