“Jess was a great bartender. We sat at the bar for faster seating. We asked Jess several questions about the food. He was very honest and if he didn't know he asked someone who did. We had the loaded chips for an appetizer and they were fantastic. I had the pulled Pork, wow, fantastic. He had the Blue burger and said the same thing. We were stuffed and had leftovers. We will return.“

“Today May 13th food is always good in Carlsbad. Atmosphere was horrible the waitress was taking an order on the phone had her back to everything but she had an extensive order. Was taking a little bit of time. If you don't get it in then you can't get the money in. I had already told the waitress as I was waiting to decide what I was going to have for breakfast to go ahead and take the phone call. The drive-up got busy as well. But we were both being patient. The cook Rebecca yelled and said order up which is fine she should and then she said again I'm just a little while not very long at all my food's getting cold. The waitress I don't know her name sorry it wasn't Lisa so I don't know who it was of blonde lady. Very nice. Reported I'm on the phone with a with a order. Rebecca yelled well if you can't get it out then I suggest you get help! A customer should never hear that. Why didn't the cook come out and deliver the food and say that the waitress will check on you in just a moment. Instead of yelling. Or send out the dishwasher. To assist. Finally the dishwasher did come out and she helped with the drive up and Rebecca did come out and give the gentleman their food. It was not the end of the world but she was horrible then afterwards after the waitress had taken my order and I had sat down. The waitress went in the back and Rebecca was yelling at her again I could hear her yelling at her I never heard anything that's a waitress said the waitress never talked back to her that I could tell. And it doesn't matter at that point it was not a good morning. That was very disrespectful of your employees all of them and the people who are coming in to buy your food quote unquote the customers who pay your bills! And your employees paycheck. If it ever happens again I will not be back thank you very much the food was good“

“For two weeks Blakes Lotaburger prepared 70 burritos a day for pickup at 6:00 am. The experience was outstanding again this year! The breakfast burritos have been consistently delicious-hot, fresh and packed with flavor. The green sauce is the best in the state. The burritos portions are generous! What stood out the most was the service. Every staff member is friendly, fast and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they care about customer service and take pride in delivering food that is exceptional. They are a positive crew that works with efficiency making the experience a 5 star. It's rare to see this level of consistency and great service day after day in Carlsbad. This team deserves recognition for a job well done! “I'd never eaten here before, but my mom was in the mood for a burger (I'm ALWAYS in the mood for a burger). The menu was easy to read and understand. I can't believe they have Tostadas as a side! 👀
We ordered our food and drinks, one of them being the sampler, which comes w/ onion rings, fried mushrooms, fried pickles, and mozz sticks, and jalapeño poppers. The friendly gentleman who took our order came out to the car to tell us they were out of onion rings, but would sub w/whatever else we wanted. I opted for more mushrooms. 😋 The drinks are perfectly mixed, everything came exactly as ordered, and the food was delicious.
Will DEFINITELY be coming back for more.“
