We ordered Grilled cheese with carne and let me just say, the best food you'll ever try flavor wise. It'll leave your mouth watering wanting more because the taste and flavor is just so delicious! I also ordered brisket and it's cooked by two of the best 5 star people in the Albuquerque food truck industry! Support them because they are bringing quality food you will not be disappointed! It was late ON A THURSDAY they were open and I gave it a try.
I had the al pastor torta and 5 pastor street tacos.
EVERYTHING WAS WORTH THE MONEY.
Tacos were stacked high and the Torta was stuffed full of some perfectly cooked lightly crunchy tipped pastor that wasn't over seasoned or overcooked.thw tortillas were grilled in the pastor juice and I'm almost certain the bread was grilled perfectly in the same seasoning

“Stopped in because I heard I about the place on a food page. The post said they had some of the best chicharrones and it couldn’t have been more accurate. We walked in to place our order, and while we were waiting we were offered a chicharron to try. Me and my girlfriend ordered some and decided to dine in for breakfast. I had the Pork Chile verde and she got the Carnitas, both were just as expected and hit the spot. The atmosphere was so welcoming and nostalgic. I felt like I was inside of my abuelitas house watching old westerns and eating fresh tortillas. 10/10 recommended and will be a returning customer!“

“I didn’t know this place existed! I biked here on Memorial Day, and immediately noticed the comfy coffee vibe. They had some great chill tunes playing. The cold nitro was smooth n creamy, and refreshing. Loved the glass it was served in, as well as the friendly service. Come and check it out when ya’ll get a chance! I also liked how they DIDN’T say “Welcome in!” in and just said, “Hey man, how’s it going!” lol.“

“Wow!! As I'm eating these wings ( buffalo hot) I must say they're the best in town hands down. We get them once a week or every other week and I highly recommend trying them. Not to mention the burgers fries and onion rings oh and the Ranch !! They do not ever disappoint I promise you that. Very nice hard working family.“

“The food is phenomenal, hands down the best Birria I've had in Albuquerque without question. We shared 4 street tacos with rice and beans and a quesadilla. We ended up taking the quesadilla home because they pile plates with so much food. The atmosphere is your basic small independently owned taco spot, red, yellow and green painted walls with a TV playing novelas.
The downside of our meal was that we were over charged by 20 dollars. Admittedly I was so excited about the food that I didn't pay attention to the price (and the obvious language barrier), I simply swiped my card and didn't realize the overcharge til I recieved my email statement. The taco plate is listed at $16 and the quesadilla at $14, we also got a bottle of coke at $4 for a total of $34 and we were charged $56. Next time I will definitely pay attention at check out. That said, I will definitely be going back for more of their amazing food!“

“We finally got a chance to try the burgers here (via delivery) and they did not disappoint. I got the black bean burger and my husband had the green chile cheese burger and both were cooked perfectly and delicious! Added bonus are the fluffy on the inside but crispy on the outside perfectly salted fries. Yum! We will definitely order from here again and I think it took some creativity to come up with all of those menu items and names, well done!“

“Stupidest name ever for a food truck. Rollin coals definition is for a stupid modified diesel truck to blow black smoke in the air on purpose due to their modified fuel management system just to look cool and to pollute. The brisket tacos were delicious and the gentleman who served me was super nice. I would recommend this food truck to anyone, and I will be spending my money with them again in the future. If I was the owner I would definitely be thinking about a name change“
