“The wait staff and people are very nice and friendly. Service is excellent. The meats however would make a Texan go hungry. While presentation, price and portion would make you think you’re in for a treat. You’d better order a large drink, a second round and extra sauce to get it down. Brisket, links, ribs, pork all very very dry and bland. Turn the temp down and some seasoning. Other than that pretty decent experience.“

“My wife loves Golden Pride's chicken, and normally we are happy with their takeout. However, this last order was disappointing because the fried chicken was not crispy and appeared to be slightly undercooked. The breast meat had a slight pink-ish hue within the center, so we put the pieces into our oven to complete the cooking (just to make sure it was safe). We'll probably give GP another chance, but in the mean time, we'll buy our take-home fried chicken elsewhere.“

“This place is great. Friendly staff and customers having a great time. I was lucky to come on a night with live music playing old country tunes. I highly recommend the turkey, it is so great and I love it with their homemade BBQ sauce. When you walk in you are greeted with photos of celebrities who make sure to swing by during their visit. If you are looking for a nice family dinner with good food and great vibes... check this place out!“
