“Phenomenal!!!! We are near by camping while traveling the country. Needed to go do laundry and wanted a place to grab something to eat. This place checked all the boxes. EVERYTHING we had was AMAZING!!!! You're definitely missing out if you are skipping on this place. Top 5 burger on my list for sure. Service was excellent and she was busy.“

“First time trying Blake's Lotaburger. The name says it all, I got a burger and onion rings. A lota-burger came with that burger. I did not get the hatch Chile on it, although good, a bit too spicy for myself. Good flavor, well cooked. The staff were polite and professional, and had a nice atmosphere. If I had a bigger appetite I would tried the ice cream milk shakes. Not a bad place for a good, meal when you want to sit a while after a long drive.“

“Today August 12. I went to the Lotta Burger establishment on Valley Dr. And these guys were extremely busy and it looked like maybe short staffed. The whole team was working hard and kept putting out those burgers. It took longer than usual but through out the customer complaints these guys remained as friendly as possible and very professional. Good to see them working as a team. This was my take of the situation. Good job and really good burgers. 👍😋“

“Possibly one of the best chile rellenos I’ve ever had. The monster margarita was $13 and well worth it however, when I originally asked her how much it was, she quoted me $10. Great service and I had an awesome server. I thought the refried beans had an odd texture to it though. I was sitting in the bar area. I’ve never heard of a restaurant charging you $1 for a side of flour tortillas The dining area lights were a little harsh. Also, if you pay with a credit card you get charged a little bit more. I know I’m splitting hairs here. I would give it an 8.5.“

“Very good experience I ordered two burgers in drive thru I noticed I forgot to order my fried I pulled up to pay and I told the beautiful lady at the window I forgot to order fries she was so nice and said she would make my fries her name was jazlyn Estrada fries were hot and fresh i had a wonderful experience and I will be back thanks James Palacios“

“I went there today for the first time since moving to Las Cruces a few months ago. The food was excellent. Steak was cooked perfectly. There was a great atmosphere about the place. Clarissa was our waitress and to be honest, one of the best waitresses I've ever had. She was attentive, quick, and exchanged playful banter with the table. If you can get more employees like her, you definitely should. I'll absolutely be back. 10 out of 10.“

“10 out of 10 the atmosphere the people the really nice staff and the extremely nice polite respectful wonderful ladies from the drive through have extraordinary customer service skills. Never have they let me go hungry. Always left full from Arby's. Polite customer service oriented Knowledgeable woman and gentlemen. Can't ask for anything more but please give them a rise!“

“Village Inn is great for a fast comfort food meal, though we mostly go here for breakfast. The food is good, the service is great.
Vegetarian options: Eggs, pancakes, waffles, cheese enchiladas all available.
Parking: Parking is a little tight and not a huge number of places. Sufficient handicap spaces with a couple of van slots.
Kid-friendliness: VI has always been kid friendly. A dedicated menu and coloring pages available. Highchairs also provided.
Wheelchair accessibility: Several handicapped spaces, a couple of van spaces. Easy to get a wheelchair/power chair in and out, lots of room to maneuver, and tables are a good height.“

“Tonight I had a wonderful lady named Maggie to help me! She was patient, kind, and informative. I was having a ruff day and she really made me feel heard and she took great care of me. She helped me pick my perfect meal and she ensured it was top notch quality. She cooked my meal herself and was just an angel to encounter! My meal was made so perfectly to my fried zucchini was cooked to perfection everything was hot and I could tell it was fresh. Made with care! Great experience“

“Went to dine in on 3/7/24 and the waitress was on top of it making sure we had what we needed. I had a drink that was just refilled and I figured that I would ask for a to go cup vs leaving it to be thrown out. When I asked for the to go cup, she said the only to go cups that they had were for those take out meals and that if I wanted a to go cup for my drink, it was going to be $4.00. Needless to say, I didn’t take it and left a full drink on the table when we left. I have never, been to a restaurant where they charge me for a to go cup. Not happy with that portion of the service!“

“I love your products, especially the mushroom bacon burger.It’s been a while since I visited your store and was shocked at the price increases. Ok, covid was a game changer, I get it. BUT, I couldn’t stomach how filthy the store floor was, especially under the soda station. It was gross and neglected. A member was cleaning the chairs with a cloth but come on, the floor hasn’t been cleaned in ever. It turned me off to the other habits the store practices. I have to say, no one seems to care. Bad practice imo. Just sayin’ I may not be back ever.“

“Moved to Cruces 3 years ago. Never heard of this place. Went to watch a grandson from El Paso play baseball at Apadoca Park yesterday and stopped here on my way home. WOW!! Most delicious burger I've ever had and I'm a senior! I can't stop thinking about it, but now have to wait until they reopen on Tuesday to get another one!“
