“First time being here and we loved it. Good portion of tostadas and salsas. Although, I didn’t like the green one as I’m not a big fan of tomatillos but the “avocado” salsa (not sure if it’s made with avocado or not) was wonderful. I ordered 2 asada, 1 barbacoa and 1 tripitas tacos. I like that you can order a variety of tacos in the order. My husband loved his tripitas tacos too and he said the limonada was excellent. Service was excellent and our server was very polite. We really hope this local restaurant keeps going because it can potentially become one of our favorites. I want to go back to try the lengua tacos since they were all out today. Highly recommend it!!!! 👍🏽“

“I went there today for the first time since moving to Las Cruces a few months ago. The food was excellent. Steak was cooked perfectly. There was a great atmosphere about the place. Clarissa was our waitress and to be honest, one of the best waitresses I've ever had. She was attentive, quick, and exchanged playful banter with the table. If you can get more employees like her, you definitely should. I'll absolutely be back. 10 out of 10.“

“I love a reason to stop here on my way through town. They have always had the best espresso - roast it themselves. And the bagels!! The only real bagels in the region - they make them in house the right way / boiling and all. No one in the area (El Paso included) actually follows a real bagel recipe. Their pastries are great too. Would not mind if they freshened up the interior. Love this place forever.“

“Best to look at the menu before you arrive at the restaurant. When you enter, you order at the counter and then find a seat. Complimentary chips and salsa were delicious. I ordered the beef fajita plate and my husband ordered the brisket burrito smothered in red. It took our order 35 minutes to come out. We were in a larger party and people who arrived after us recieved their food so much quicker than us and when my husband went up to ask about it, they said the fajitas take longer. We finally got our food and I was disappointed. Not that much meat and barely any onions and no bell peppers, they use strips of green chile to mimic bell peppers. Beans were good. No rice. Lettuce and guacamole piled on one side of the plate. No tortilla. My husband said his brisket burrito was interesting because the meat was marinated in the BBQ sauce, but then put into a burrito with red chile smothered. Ground beef taco was good. Maybe we will go back and try different things on the menu. Prices were very affordable.“

“They completely ripped me off. They didn't add the spicy tuna, eel, or seaweed salad to my poke bowl. I ended up with a half full bowl of spring mix and 6 pieces of tuna for $25. They lost a customer today and I go there often. NEVER will I give them my business again. That was the worst poke bowl I've ever had. Seriously, DO NOT go to Sushi Freak if you want a decent meal. I'm out $25 and still hungry.“

“I feel bad because im a vegetarian so I have a pretty complicated order and I go there a lot and have the same order so today I placed the order I usually make and there was nothing wrong or bad with the burrito there just wasn't any rice so I called and asked if there was anything i could do the girl I spoke with was very nice and understanding her name was Vanessa and whenever I came and picked up my order they gave me a free cinnamon twist!! Not to mention my order was made at 10:28 but I couldn't eat until like 12:00 and they were still able to help me out very nice workers thank you guys! 😁“
