“We had a chai and a latte with a breakfast burrito. The drinks were good, especially for Rio Rancho (after living there for 6 years and just visiting this past Balloon Fiesta weekend). Not overcrowded, no loud music and not cramped. The service was exceptional, from the cashier to the barista to the guy who brought us our burrito and drinks while we waited on the couch. We would love to know where or who provides those hatch green chile breakfast burritos as they were the best in the area over three other locations. Thank you!“

“Wecks is a local tradition and well worth the time to go. Still one of the best breakfast and lunch values in New Mexico. I love Sloppy Pappas and have to force myself to order something else for variety. I had the Open Face Green Chile Cheeseburger last time - FANTASTIC!“

“Calti was so rude. I said good morning and she rolled her eyes—didn’t crack a smile. Normally this makes me wonder if she is having a bad day but this girl is ALWAYS like this. Then I gave her my order and asked for light ice; she showed me on the cup how full my drink would be—2/3 full MAYBE by where she pointed. I said that’s not right—just because I want less ice. She just looked at me and held up the cup again and pointed how much drink there would be. I left and so did my 2 friends. Starbucks usually has such positive employees!! I won’t go there—my neighborhood—if she is behind the counter. She needs to be educated on her customer service skills! She should be greeting customers with a smile—I don’t think I’ve EVER seen her smile. She was not busy, especially since 3 of us who only wanted a breakfast sandwich and a drink left!“

“Always friendly. Replaced a turkey sandwich after I purchased it when I was getting out at my destination. The bottom of the bag just splits open, and the sandwich slipped out. I called explaining what happened, and they were very nice about it and said I could come by and get another at no charge.I figured out how that happened. The steam from the heated sandwich unglued the seam from the bottom of the bag. Have always gone to this Starbucks on Southern and Unser, and they have always been exceptionally nice.“

“My husband ordered doughnuts last night for pick up this morning. The apple fritters were burned and had very little apple in them. The cinnamon rolls were huge but flavorless. The rest of the doughnuts were okay but we got the wrong ones. We got plain instead of the lemon blue berry, and the spiced. We also got a maple glazed instead of strawberry glazed. We were upcharged for the missing spice doughnut. The outside of the box was also coated in glaze. I understand that it's a busy day but we ordered in advance for that reason. Edit. We received an almost immediate solution from the owner of the store. They were extremely kind and happy to fix the problem. I can say although the blueberry lavender cake doughnut wasn't what I ordered it was really good.“
