“Great service, employees are always amazing and happy, even in the freezing cold! I am very concerned that these employees are freezing outside and they don’t even have any outdoor heaters, or issued winter jackets…pocket warmers, something. If these were my employees I would do anything I could to keep them warm.“

“We are in Farmington for a few months for my hubbys job. We went to Wecks Saturday morning. The food was amazing, service was awesome, and it was super clean. But all of the staff were so friendly to everyone, and they all seemed truly happy!! Definitely going back again!“

“Always friendly. Replaced a turkey sandwich after I purchased it when I was getting out at my destination. The bottom of the bag just splits open, and the sandwich slipped out. I called explaining what happened, and they were very nice about it and said I could come by and get another at no charge.I figured out how that happened. The steam from the heated sandwich unglued the seam from the bottom of the bag. Have always gone to this Starbucks on Southern and Unser, and they have always been exceptionally nice.“

“Calti was so rude. I said good morning and she rolled her eyes—didn’t crack a smile. Normally this makes me wonder if she is having a bad day but this girl is ALWAYS like this. Then I gave her my order and asked for light ice; she showed me on the cup how full my drink would be—2/3 full MAYBE by where she pointed. I said that’s not right—just because I want less ice. She just looked at me and held up the cup again and pointed how much drink there would be. I left and so did my 2 friends. Starbucks usually has such positive employees!! I won’t go there—my neighborhood—if she is behind the counter. She needs to be educated on her customer service skills! She should be greeting customers with a smile—I don’t think I’ve EVER seen her smile. She was not busy, especially since 3 of us who only wanted a breakfast sandwich and a drink left!“

“Rise and Roast Donuts is an absolute gem. Ian and his team are simply tremendous. We host quite a few events at work, and Rise and Roast has become our go to for crowd‑pleasing donuts and coffee and they never disappoint. The donuts are consistently fresh, creative, and downright delicious (they disappear fast every single time), and the coffee is the perfect pairing to keep everyone happy and energized. What truly sets them apart, though, is the service. Ian always delivers promptly even on short notice and does so with a smile and a great attitude. That kind of reliability is priceless. On the occasions when I’ve picked up orders myself, the entire team has been incredibly gracious, welcoming, and attentive. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for amazing donuts, great coffee, and top notch customer service, Rise and Roast is the place. Highly recommend!“
