The food is delicious! It is my go to when we are in Santa Fe. The quiche is probably the best I’ve had, their pastries and bread are outstanding. It is counter service so I gave it 5 stars but it’s counter service.

Mille is a charming spot that serves delicious food. The salads are fresh, and the sandwiches are perfect. The pastries are exceptional, with impeccable butter content and texture, and are as well-crafted as they come. The outdoor seating is nice, and the service is good. The coffee and croissants are fantastic. Mille is a wonderful place to eat with a casual atmosphere and fantastic food. The staff is friendly and working so hard, and every single staff member is so genuinely kind. The savory food is delicious and carefully cooked. The Cremeuse and Berries & Cream crepes were both really good. The small garden patio was nice and they have a covered deck as well. Each room and the patio has its own charm. The line can be long but moves at a great pace, and it is worth it.
