Concur with how bad this place is. Sad for such a beautiful place but the entire hotel is a place in trouble. Very poorly managed but most places in Santa Fe have terrible service so it is par for the course. I have traveled the world and this place ranks as some of the worst service anywhere. Any bar in such a tourist town that closes at 9 pm on a weekend and when I was there hardly ever open otherwise tells the story. Wasted space and destined to fail.
Asked for an old fashioned and the bartender completely forgot what I ordered. Had to retell him twice and got the smallest cocktail I had ever seen with a disgusting blackened and bruised orange slice for $18. This bar sucks for such a nice hotel.
