We dined at Gatsby’s last night and what a beautiful experience! The “Speakeasy” entrance opens up to the most beautiful dining room that I’ve seen in Santa Fe. It’s something out of New York City. Elegant and dramatic. The food was absolutely delicious. We shared different choices and every one of them was amazing. And we had the pleasure of having our food delivered by Chef Zamora.
