Starbucks in Santa Fe

“Julian was so great! I had a large order for my office, he was all smiles and sunshine through my scatterbrain ordering and making several specialty drinks.
I have never been to this location before but due to Julian's exceptional service, it will be my new coffee spot“

“In the past six months or so I have only had maybe 2 0r 3 coffees that were a little wrong, but by no means undrinkable. Human error should always be expected folks, so no big deal at all. But the awesome thing is these peeps have 100 percent on kindness and comfortable interactions!!!! It means so much to me because I have been knee deep in a very very hard spiritual awakening abd everywhere I ho no matter how much i smile or so politeness people are rude and and not friendly, so it means alot that these wonderful people are so kind, people should always remember to at least be a tad friendly because you never know what someone is going through. “I had a pumpkin spice latte, and the 2 Italian sausage egg bites and it was all delicious. The barista was very nice, and the Starbucks itself was really fancy and had a really nice atmosphere inside! Plenty of parking outside, and even had a little area for dogs.“

“Love the location of this fairly new Starbucks. It is much easier to get to than the old one, on the other side and down the street. This one is really an easy on/ off if you are traveling on I 25, and just need a break, Bonus: there is a gas station right here as well. It’s right on the street you have to turn on to get to the Starbucks.“

“We were on vacation in Santa Fe and stopped in the Smith store to get a Starbucks coffee. A young boy working in the Starbucks named Malik made us a fresh pot of coffee. He was very professional and super helpful. We appreciate his excellent customer service.“

“I absolutely loved the layout and decor of the Pojoaque location. It was beautiful and functional. Your staff was very pleasant and the coffee I ordered was made better than at any other location.

My husband and I first went to the Espanola location and immediately left because of crowds and lack of seating. After visiting the Pojoaque shop, it will be our first place to go anytime we want to sit, relax, and drink delicious coffee!“

“My husband likes a skinny London Fog made with Royal English Breakfast tea rather than their standard Earl Gray. It is a rarity to get one made correctly and this Starbucks nailed it! Too bad we were just passing through on our way home to AZ!

“I find that I keep reviewing the same qualities that appeal to me which are A friendly staff. This place is so good to me they always welcome me in and they remember what drinks I like and the service is pretty darn good considering they get so busy sometimes. The food is just Starbucks food and it's fine if you need a snack but you know we go there for the caffeine.“
