“I had a pumpkin spice latte, and the 2 Italian sausage egg bites and it was all delicious. The barista was very nice, and the Starbucks itself was really fancy and had a really nice atmosphere inside! Plenty of parking outside, and even had a little area for dogs.“

Not only is there coffee made to perfection but there customer services is superb they always make me feel very welcomed not all rude like other places in the morning like hey I gotta wake up too but you don’t see me grouchy! My 15-year-old daughter and I ordered our favorite drinks, a Caramel Macchiato and a Pumpkin Spiced Cream Chai. Not only were these the best Starbucks drinks we've had in 10+ years of our daily visits to Starbucks, but we also had the nicest Barista named Isaiah! He was patient, kind, and made awesome drinks! We’ve again had several experiences here this week, good service, good coffee, etc. We’re just not seeing all the negatives reported elsewhere. This Starbucks location continues to be good in our book. Recommend it.“

“This Santa Fe Starbucks is a bit different from the Starbucks (several) that I frequent in Lubbock. Bathrooms are locked (I’m glad). Busy and they took care of us. Very eclectic. That’s the best part.

Parking: Just grab a spot asap when its busy“

“We were on vacation in Santa Fe and stopped in the Smith store to get a Starbucks coffee. A young boy working in the Starbucks named Malik made us a fresh pot of coffee. He was very professional and super helpful. We appreciate his excellent customer service.“

“I have never encountered problems at this Starbucks, until today said my order was ready and get there it's not. Ok I understand we are all busy I leave come back order still not there. A gentleman asked me my name and I told him he went to make my order and he did my bread. But I didn't appreciate was the attitude it was not my fault my order got put in the drive through when I had it as. Pick up. I did thank them and no knowledge what so ever from none of them.
