“Fantastic dining experience! Who would have thought such delicious sushi 🍱 🍣 could be found on the outskirts of Santa Fe in Tesuque Pueblo? I enjoyed the amuse-bouche offered by the sushi chef along with The Zozobra, The Hamachi Spice, The Crawfish Wontons, and The Uni (Sea Urchin). When I went to pay the chef a compliment, she made me a Spanish Mackerel roll to test-try and flame seared it right in front of me.“

It was mid-afternoon so I had the quiet dining room to myself. The yellowtail was fresh, tasty, and generously portioned, especially for $7. That and a bowl of miso soup filled me up nicely. I had to take my other roll home, along with another spicy yellowtail roll for the road.“
