“I love love LOVE this restaurant. The food is delicious, super well prepared and so far nothing I order is out of stock. I have had to go to other Venezuelan food restaurants that tell me I don't have empanadas, I don't have dominoes, I don't have chicken... and I'm like, aaaah well, you better tell me if you have hahaha. I love Bien Me Sabe Bien Me Sabe Bistro. Just today I went because I was having problems communicating with the store and when I arrived, thank God it was open and my order was almost ready. They always greet me with a smile and they even gave me a little chocolate (Snickers) just because. I highly recommend it.“

“This was our first time visiting Chilabox!
The food was wonderful, I had the Verde sauce, and my husband had the poblano sauce and they where both full of flavor, we loved all the topping options but wish they had other protein choices besides chicken.
I also wish they had a small box and a large box option, while the large box was the perfect size for my husband it was way too much food for me personally.
The service was average but the two lady's working were friendly, they were slightly hard to hear because of the music being loud.
They do not have much seating inside but have a beautiful outdoor dining area!
They only have a few parking spaces that were full but we were able to find parking around the corner.
Overall would highly recommend as a “need to eat here” place.“

“Went for a bite to eat and snagged a photo with the person in the cow costume with the wife thanks to a great manager. She also went above and beyond when I mentioned it was my wife’s birthday with a free dessert to turn her day around. 10/10 customer service 🙌🏻“

“I ordered The Miner which is roast beef and turkey on American cheese. The bagel I chose was a toasted onion bagel. It was amazing. Absolutely delicious. The bagel is what really sets the sandwich apart from others. It was perfectly toasted on the outside and soft on the inside. I will definitely visit again“

“Absolutely great service! Had a small misshape ordering via mobile, when i got to the restaurant they were out of the item. But the employee and management went above and beyond making sure i was compensated. This would usually result in having to deal with the company’s internal customer service department to get your money back which is always a headache. Very grateful to this team!“

“This place is great. The food is amazing, love their Chile queso fries and dip. The place is always super cold but super clean. Only issue I had was the manager I'm assuming was in a bad mood. It was our first time there and he was not in any mood to answer any questions. The young man on the other hand was polite.“

“Parking: Your lucky if you can get to exit that place and not almost get hit. It really doesn't have a parking area. You have to park in fort of a different building and walk over to the little 5x9 but and place you order in a window

“I got my meal around 5:30pm, walk-in, and I gotta say I’ve never had better service or burger from the exact same place! The guy at the register helped with making a custom burger very well, and those that made the burgers themselves did so super well. It was also super fast service since drive-through was backed. It’s come a long way from my first experience several years back!“

“I want to start off by saying the friendliness of the staff was 100/10. It was great, it was kind of slow but as soon as my sister and myself walked in we where greeted by the whole kitchen. “They used to take forever making my orders in the past. But in the last 2 months everytime I've gone the service has sped up to almost immediately. Granted when I go there's 2-3 cars. But back then with just my order it take around 15-20 mins. Now within 5 mins my order is ready.“

“Don't like that I can not go to the counter and order my food. Now you have to go order from a screen on the side of the wall. I did not even get a receipt for my purchase. I was disappointed. My food was good. My husband was surprised that the tacos he ordered were if you wanted a supreme they came with sour cream and tomatoes. Regular was just with cheese. He was not happy, and I don't blame him.“

This resler location never gives me stale tacos or all broken tacos amd they always give us our complete order, no surprises of missing items. “I stopped in Wednesday 01/29/2025 around 0630. Going through the drive-thru the young man could not understand me, and I'm not really sure why, I speak pretty clearly. I repeated myself probably at least four times and I thought he understood. When I got to the drive-thru window I paid him cash and did not give me my change right away. He walked away I probably waited another 10 minutes in the drive-thru for them to make two chorizo egg and cheese taquitos. In high school I worked for Whataburger so I know how fast it is to make those it doesn't take that long not to mention they're literally was nobody there besides maybe one other patron. Finally a young lady comes to the window with my food and a friendly nice smile. At this point I honestly forgot about my change. When I got home I started to wonder if this is something that the young man does and pockets the money. It wasn't a lot of money maybe a dollar but still if you do that enough especially when people are going there cuz they're open 24 hours and they've been drinking I can see how one can make some money. My order was kind of accurate.. I wanted two taquitos and one jalapeno. I got two taquitos one had plenty of chorizo The other had barely any and two jalapenos. It may have been an honest mistake. Just seemed shady.“
