I think they need to be more polite plus I wanted to sit outside and they told me no because that table was for six people and we were only 2. We went inside and nobody came until we stopped a guy... He helped us . He was very nice and helpful. Food was delicious and is a beautiful place.“

“Honestly, I haven’t been to this location in years, but after returning today, I can confidently say this was the BEST customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. Sergio, the older woman working in the back, and the younger guy back there were all absolutely amazing. Everyone acknowledged me, checked to make sure I didn’t need anything else, and made me feel genuinely welcomed the entire time.

The food was fresh, hot, and so delicious, but the customer service truly made the whole experience unforgettable. I was so impressed that I even had to leave a tip. He replaced the food and handled the situation professionally. While this Chick-fil-A has made mistakes in the past, I appreciate the effort made by Abe. Because of Abe I'm willing to give them another shot. I'm writing this review in hopes that they can improve their performance and services moving forward. I’m giving the store a 4 star review but Abe gets a 5 star review.“
