I think they need to be more polite plus I wanted to sit outside and they told me no because that table was for six people and we were only 2. We went inside and nobody came until we stopped a guy... He helped us . He was very nice and helpful. Food was delicious and is a beautiful place.“

“Honestly, I haven’t been to this location in years, but after returning today, I can confidently say this was the BEST customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. Sergio, the older woman working in the back, and the younger guy back there were all absolutely amazing. Everyone acknowledged me, checked to make sure I didn’t need anything else, and made me feel genuinely welcomed the entire time.

The food was fresh, hot, and so delicious, but the customer service truly made the whole experience unforgettable. I was so impressed that I even had to leave a tip. He replaced the food and handled the situation professionally. While this Chick-fil-A has made mistakes in the past, I appreciate the effort made by Abe.
