I wrote a negative review regarding my cold roast beef sandwich. I decided to tell the friendly cashier. She apologized and corrected the problem. I'm sure she will make sure it doesn't happen to anyone else. I will try Arby's again, mistakes do happen. I didn't want to leave without bringing it to their attention.

Cheesesteak was nothing like the picture that got me to order it was the taste was alright i won’t order that again the best part of my visit was the drive thru worker she was extremely nice aug 13th at 2:30 can’t find my receipt to say her name but that was when I went in
