“I love the Coffee Pro! <3 They have the absolute best selection of K-cups I've seen. I recently switched to decaf pods and they carry a wide selection of flavoured coffee which I love. So many goodies in store from syrups to candles to other amazing local gifts. Must stop in Bedford. :)“

“If you're reading this review, this is where you need to eat. Not only is the food delicious, the staff genuinely friendly, and the value so cozy on the wallet, but an employee, who I later found out was the owner, came outside to clean my car off! I wanted to warm the car up first, but this absolute Saint came outside with a brush and proceeded to clean the snow off my car and thanked us for stopping by. Like, how could you not love a place that's embracing the old Nova Scotia spirit on that level? Take the guesswork out of figuring where you want to dine out and just go here on your next (and I'd bet subsequent) night off from kitchen duty 🫶“

“Stopped in with hubby and the doggies for lunch. Was thrilled we could have the dogs with us at the table on the patio and that there were water bowls provided. Service was a little slow and unfortunately our order got lost and it took a while to get our food. Kitchen tried to rush the meal to make up for the delay and our spinach dip was still cold in the middle. Overall the food was good and I would return to try the food again.“

“A large selection of on tap and canned beers to choose from! We tried the Lucky Punk (sour ipa) and the Mango & Dragonfruit (fruited sour) beers. Both were great! I'm not a big fan of IPAs, but this one was interesting since it was a sour! The mango & dragonfruit was a beautiful dark pink color and the taste was smooth and fruity, very delicious!“

“On a day pouring with rain we all need a hot cup of coffee. This is the place to get it.

This little cafe is cute as a button and as expensive as one too, an easy place to just sit with a good cup of coffee and enjoy the atmosphere. The barista is very friendly and it was a joy to talk to her, I even missed her when it was time to leave. Overall good place to go if you need a quick on the go or done in coffee“

“Wish someone could emulate this place in Montreal. Such a cool spot - popped in for some beer (which, by the way, their drink selection is MASSIVE) around 5-6pm on a Thursday and the place was already bumping. Love the huge tables and our door space - the cornhole game is a cute touch. We grabbed a pickle and chips which is self explanatory which was insanely good. Also recommend trying the sour beer options and the John Lemon seltzer which is essentially a hard lemonade but on the more bitter side which was to die for. A few people beside us grabbed hotdogs which looked and smelled amazing (so much so we tried to go back on Sunday and grab some to find out the garden is closed on Sundays). A really cool, chill crowd which really made the ambiance phenomenal.“

“Large selection of teas, we took our steeped tea to go. You can buy loose tea and accessories etc. Also there was lots of stationary, stickers, and different craft items you would not see at a craft stores. It was pretty neat.“

“I frequently visit Booster Juice for their smoothies and decided to try the Pesto Chicken Sandwich. It was okay but didn't quite meet my expectations. The Chipotle Chicken Sandwich, however, is much more flavorful and satisfying. The smoothie was refreshing.“

“Saturday evening (Feb 18) we randomly decided to stop by Jinloong for supper. We don't eat out much these days, but we were feeling like a treat. :) My husband had a combo Special A. It was a huge portion and delicious. I want to mention that my husband always finishes his plate. However, this meal was not only delicious but filling too. He had enough for in dining and leftovers for a take away lunch on Monday ! I ordered the Singapore Noodles, with no meat or shrimp. Our waiter was so helpful to make a lovely fresh enormous bowl of noodles with extra veggies for me. It was wonderful and I went home with 3 days of leftovers!! YAY!! This was such a great meal for "penny pinches" like us haha I'd like to say our experience at Jinloong was 5 stars, but I wish I could give an extra 5 stars for the lovely, helpful service we received from our waiter. He was a delight!! So kind, helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a Chinese restaurant don't look any further than Jinloong. The homemade sauces are absolutely worth every penny. The portions are fantastic, and the service is GREAT! We'll be back soon. I've included a photo of all our leftovers. “We stopped in at The Wooden Monkey while travelling from Calgary & Vancouver last weekend and had an incredible experience. Even without a reservation, we were seated right away and warmly welcomed.
The whole team was great, but Hannah truly stood out—friendly, funny, knowledgeable and so genuine. She brought the whole farm-to-table concept to life with such passion.
The food was outstanding so flavourful and thoughtfully crafted—especially the kale Caesar, lamb ravioli, and seafood pasta. As Italians we were surprised by their take on bruschetta but it was a delicious and creative rendition on their house made focaccia. If only we lived closer so we could come back regularly. Highly recommend!“
