“I love this location, all of their staff are always kind and helpful. My drink was late getting made (mobile order) but no worries, i asked at the counter and they made it right away. Rowan(?) guy with the beard was nice and offered me a cake pop for the time i had to wait. People in these reviews seem to forget the starbucks employees, or all food service workers are humans working hard and doing their best in a fast paced environment. If you think the drive through is too slow, then get out of your car and go inside, stop complaining.“

“Had occasion to stop by for a coffee and donut while visiting Nova Scotia from Boston, Massachusetts. Was able to strike up conversation with some local people and passed a wonderful half hour or so about the area and, of course, the current state of affairs between Canada and the US. Very kind and welcoming folks who gave us hope that someday we can get back to the business of being friends and neighbors again.

“Dear Tim Hortons (Truro, NS. Robie Street) Let me start off by saying I frequent this Tim Hortons a fair amount when I am visiting family in the area. I find the service generally fast and efficient and have never had a concern with this particular location. I was shocked to be told yesterday by the service individual that you did not offer a 10 cent discount on cold beverages when you bring your own reusable cup. The employee at the window told me that they only offer the discount on hot drinks. Even the poster beside the take window showed a hot beverage and a cold beverage container when advertising this promotion. I would hope that Tim Hortons would rectify this anomaly in policy.“
