I was very pleased with the service we received from him and even though he wasn’t sure about some of our items, he tried hard to get it all right the first time and wasn’t afraid to ask questions. “Just a note, the shop itself doesn't have a washroom. However, they share a washroom with the convinience store/Thai food place that is located next door and is accessible through a door connecting the three shops (the conviennce store/thai shop are in a shared space. There's no key required, you do not have to go outside and get wet either). They also have a drive through options and a fair few tables and chairs. They are located behind the petro-canada off of Robie. Parking is limited about 10 to 15 shared spaces and very few are accessible parking spaces.“

“I am new to the Masstown. I'm also someone who drives out of town for work 5 days a week, so a fast Tim Hortons is a must. And I have to say, I have 0 complaints about this Tims. Always fast, orders always right and fresh, and the staff are super friendly and from time to time we enjoy a laugh. I move from a town that has a tims on every corner to a place that has just one and I'm super happy with this one. I'm a mobile order type of person and they every write my name on my tea with a happy face. Keep up the great work everyone.“
