“I love this location, all of their staff are always kind and helpful. My drink was late getting made (mobile order) but no worries, i asked at the counter and they made it right away. Rowan(?) guy with the beard was nice and offered me a cake pop for the time i had to wait. People in these reviews seem to forget the starbucks employees, or all food service workers are humans working hard and doing their best in a fast paced environment. If you think the drive through is too slow, then get out of your car and go inside, stop complaining.“

“I am new to the Masstown. I'm also someone who drives out of town for work 5 days a week, so a fast Tim Hortons is a must. And I have to say, I have 0 complaints about this Tims. Always fast, orders always right and fresh, and the staff are super friendly and from time to time we enjoy a laugh. I move from a town that has a tims on every corner to a place that has just one and I'm super happy with this one.
