Holy moly what an experience. The guy working at the counter tonight was screaming into the kitchen through the food window and flailing his arms wildly. I put my order through online yet when I came to the counter for pickup they had no record because they never put the order in on their end. So, I mean, kinda defeats the purpose on online ordering if I have to remind them to make the order and wait around but at least I got a show from the staff yelling at anything that moved.All...read full review
The employees at the counter don't know how to serve customers, they were very rude, they even snatched the money from my hands before I gave it to them, and they threw my order on the counter, if you want to enjoy eating don't come here, apparently they do not know how to choose their employees well.

the workers were very rude when i went in. i have a gluten allergy so i have to get lettuce wrapped burgers. when i asked the person on cash to make note i had the allergy and to ask the kitchen to wipe down the counter before making my order, i got stared at like i was stupid and then she rolled her eyes she went back to the kitchen. the person who was bagging the orders was on her phone the whole time while orders where sitting in the chute.
