“I would say this is the best Chinese restaurant in Halifax. This used to be one of my go-to spots. But the portions seem smaller this time, and the flavors aren’t as bold as they used to be.
The wasabi duck feet were still the highlight—boneless, with just the right hint of wasabi for a flavorful kick. Highly recommended!
The beef with pork intestines has always been a must-order, but this time, the intestines had a bit of an off taste, and the stir-fry lacked that perfect crispiness. The spice level was also noticeably lower than before.
Tried the new roasted fish this time—it had a strong cumin and spice blend, and the tofu inside was bland. Tasted like they just threw those in after the fish was cooked.

“great spot! i definitely wish it was in a more visible location but if you give them a call they’re happy to help :) very yummy food and wonderful owners. i forgot to take pictures of my food since i ate it all so quickly but i can’t wait to try more of their dishes!“

“Came here for cocktails on a busy day at the waterfront. People watching vantage point 10/10, craft cocktails 10/10. Had the lychee martini and espresso martini, the funky Buddha and all were fantastic. Funky was maybe not everyone’s cup of tea, but a surprisingly delicious cocktail. Service was fantastic.“
