Took my daughter here, asked for Tabasco, they brought a ramekin of hot sauce, and then charged me 75 cents for it.
I don't need endless food. Scrap that, rather than nickel and diming stuff like hot sauce.
I've never been charged for hot sauce before. Lame.
We went out as a family for my sister’s 25th birthday dinner, and it was SUCH a horrible and disappointing experience. My sister was so excited to celebrate her birthday at her favorite restaurant, but instead it nearly ruined her birthday altogether. East side Mario’s has been my sister’s favourite restaurant for a while, she has a hard time finding places where she feels safe eating with her dietary restrictions. We had excellent service on Canada Day 2024 with our friendly waitress Pal. She was very helpful and kept checking on our party of 12 ages from 3 to 80, to make sure everyone had what they wanted. She put treats on the Robot and had the children go get their treats off the tray on it, which was a highlight for them. We could tell she enjoys waitressing because she does it to perfection. The food was delicious and plated appetizingly, too!
