“An excellent Don's, one of the best in HRM in my opinion. I find the staff all friendly and quick. My order is always made promptly, correctly, and warm. This McDonalds is typically very clean, with plenty of parking. Location isn't ideal for walking, but great when you're driving around the area.“

“Imagine being hungry and frustrated since the morning and meeting an awesome person cz of the same. I went to Mcd today and Div helped me order my regular, McMuffin as a combo. I got the wrong order which made me even more hangry. With extreme frustration I went to that girl again, and god i was amazed with how kind she was to my rudeness. She apologized, fixed my order instantly and had a good conversation with me. Having told her about my day she was greatly empathetic to my situation and was extremely nice to talk to. I ate my corrected order and felt so nice to have met her. Left Mcd with a satisfied hunger and soul. Much thanks to that lil sweetheart. Thanks Div, i hope you are well appreciated for all you do and did for me.“

“Since they are fixing the building or something. It took me a while to find it. They had the Scaffolding all along the sidewalk. But I eventually found it when I went across the street. They are amazing workers they are fast, and quick. There were so many customers with students, workers were busy. I got my food right away. They need to make that place bigger. I don't like to be in crowded places, but I was hungry. Lol“

“I visit this place every now and then, and it’s one of the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The cafe is spacious, with many tables and seats to choose from, and you can also sit outside. My sister Daria and like the fact that there’s a strong glass between me and the road, making me feel safer and more comfortable while eating.

I always order from the pad, and my orders have always been correct. The best food here is probably the French fries and caramel ice cream.“

“They fixed this for me. Manager was amazing. And explained their whole latte procedure and that they can’t actually make it with anything other than milk because of their machine. I thanked him for explaining that to me.

Just went through the drive thru.
Asked for a latte with Oat milk. She said add oat milk? No no. Made with oat milk please. No dairy. Ok drive thru.
Got to window asked again make with oat milk? Yes she said
Got home took a sip and could tell immediately it was not oat milk. I have a diary intolerance. My son has a diary allergy with an epi pen. Allergies are serious. I tried calling and got hung up on every time. I was just trying to confirm it was oat milk or not. 730pm May 24. So I googled it. It says Canada McDonalds does NOT have that option for lattes. I have always gone to Tim’s for my Oat latte. I didn’t even think McDonalds would not have it. Are the Employees not trained or understand products? This day and age. In this world. We need more understanding of restrictions/allergies and just proper orders.
Very disappointed this evening. Guess I’m going out again and head to my favourite Tim’s instead.“

“Great staff. Very friendly and polite and have a sense of urgency. They even had an option to deliver food to your table.

Overall, i would say, it’s better than the ones i had visited before.
