“The staff tonight were so lovely when I mistakenly knocked over my entire coffee I had just sat down with 😭 I started to clean it up myself and a staff member ran over with the mop and told me not to worry about it. When I started to clean up the table another staff brought me a whole new fresh coffee!! I can’t thank you enough for your kindness to what was already and awful day.“

“Imagine being hungry and frustrated since the morning and meeting an awesome person cz of the same. I went to Mcd today and Div helped me order my regular, McMuffin as a combo. I got the wrong order which made me even more hangry. With extreme frustration I went to that girl again, and god i was amazed with how kind she was to my rudeness. She apologized, fixed my order instantly and had a good conversation with me. Having told her about my day she was greatly empathetic to my situation and was extremely nice to talk to. I ate my corrected order and felt so nice to have met her. Left Mcd with a satisfied hunger and soul. Much thanks to that lil sweetheart. “Came in around 12:15 AM on a Monday, and there were only two staff members working. One girl was handling everything—taking orders, preparing food, and managing the cash—all at the same time.

I didn’t get her name, but she truly deserves recognition. She was working incredibly hard and still kept a smile on her face the whole time. That kind of attitude and dedication is rare to see.“

“They fixed this for me. Manager was amazing. And explained their whole latte procedure and that they can’t actually make it with anything other than milk because of their machine. I thanked him for explaining that to me.

Just went through the drive thru.
Asked for a latte with Oat milk. She said add oat milk? No no. Made with oat milk please. No dairy. Ok drive thru.
Got to window asked again make with oat milk? Yes she said
Got home took a sip and could tell immediately it was not oat milk. I have a diary intolerance. My son has a diary allergy with an epi pen. Allergies are serious. I tried calling and got hung up on every time. I was just trying to confirm it was oat milk or not. 730pm May 24. So I googled it. It says Canada McDonalds does NOT have that option for lattes. I have always gone to Tim’s for my Oat latte. I didn’t even think McDonalds would not have it. Are the Employees not trained or understand products? This day and age. In this world. We need more understanding of restrictions/allergies and just proper orders.
Very disappointed this evening. Guess I’m going out again and head to my favourite Tim’s instead.“

“Great staff. Very friendly and polite and have a sense of urgency. They even had an option to deliver food to your table.

Overall, i would say, it’s better than the ones i had visited before.
