“I had a fantastic visit to the McDonald's on Chain Lake Drive, thanks to Chanel.

She didn't just take my order—she really helped me choose the perfect menu items and made the whole experience genuinely pleasant.

“The staff tonight were so lovely when I mistakenly knocked over my entire coffee I had just sat down with 😭 I started to clean it up myself and a staff member ran over with the mop and told me not to worry about it. When I started to clean up the table another staff brought me a whole new fresh coffee!! I can’t thank you enough for your kindness to what was already and awful day.“

“Imagine being hungry and frustrated since the morning and meeting an awesome person cz of the same. I went to Mcd today and Div helped me order my regular, McMuffin as a combo. I got the wrong order which made me even more hangry. With extreme frustration I went to that girl again, and god i was amazed with how kind she was to my rudeness. She apologized, fixed my order instantly and had a good conversation with me. Having told her about my day she was greatly empathetic to my situation and was extremely nice to talk to. I ate my corrected order and felt so nice to have met her. Left Mcd with a satisfied hunger and soul. Much thanks to that lil sweetheart. Thanks Div, i hope you are well appreciated for all you do and did for me.“

“Came in with a group of friends at midnight on a busy night after a music festival; despite the hour and the fact they were absolutely packed, the service was prompt and warm, they were so sweet, food was perfectly made and beautifully wrapped, and the wait was nonexistent despite the sheer volume of orders. Cannot overstate their promptness, kindness, and skill during an utter slam! :))“

“Came in around 12:15 AM on a Monday, and there were only two staff members working. One girl was handling everything—taking orders, preparing food, and managing the cash—all at the same time.

I didn’t get her name, but she truly deserves recognition. She was working incredibly hard and still kept a smile on her face the whole time. That kind of attitude and dedication is rare to see.“

“Great staff. Very friendly and polite and have a sense of urgency. They even had an option to deliver food to your table.

Overall, i would say, it’s better than the ones i had visited before.

“Excellent Customer Service Awesome Location and Great Prices with much better coffee than Tim Hortons... If you want a Great cup of coffee and reasonably priced breakfast Combo's you won't be disappointed... Stop by whether you are visiting or local you won't be disappointed!!! 👍👍“
