I can’t recall the last time a customer service experience impressed me. The manager and the staff today were outstanding. It was a first for my 8 year old and he enjoyed himself immensely and asked when we can go again. Thank you! Well done team Dartmouth for making everyone feel included and comfortable.
Great spot to try out bouldering. Have been there a few times with my teen and pre-teen. Facility is awesome, staff are very helpful and patient.
The staff at Seven Bays are the kindest and most helpful people!! Especially dealing with a pandemic during the holidays. Thanks for creating such a great space 🙏🖤
