“I’m not a coffee lover, but we had the most one-of-a-kind way of revealing the gender of our little baby with Starbucks! 💗

We ordered a drink for our simple reveal at home, and the barista truly understood the assignment. We are so thankful — what seemed like a small request meant the world to us. From the moment it was handed to us, we knew it would become a memory we’ll cherish forever.

“Honestly, this is just not a place for me to get a cup of coffee. I'm truly lucky that this starbucks is right in my workplace. This is a place where I know I can be myself and the staff who are basically my very good friends now with whom I know I can share anything and they won't judge. Their behavior, their dedication towards making people feel happy with every sip of their beverage makes the ambience more delightful & comfortable. “Was a very sweet man’s training period, he did great taking my order. He did mishear matcha as mocha, no big deal! However when I let the staff member who made the drink know I had ordered matcha not mocha, he got visibly annoyed at me and told me it’s called green tea not matcha. I said it’s on the menu as a matcha Frappuccino…it’s the same thing? He replied very curtly that he KNOWS it’s the same thing.
Mistakes happen mate, we don’t gotta go pointing fingers or being rude, I know customer service is rough but cmon I’m just tryna get through my own day too“

“Finding Starbucks in Halifax Nova Scotia is relatively easy, just look for the Pride crossings on Spring Garden Road. Find them, you have found Starbucks! The tea and coffee taste the same the world over and so therefore no surprises there, the rolls and pastries are the big difference from the UK, there is definately and Canadian influence and that makes all the difference. The Staff are very friendly and are helpful in explaining to a tourist in Halifax for a day, the best places to see and how far they are from the shop and to the ship. I have found that staff in all the Starbucks that I have visited in Canada are friendly and helpful. It was a great place to have a quick break and a short rest before continuing my explorations“

“I was having a terrible day and dropped by to get my free bday drink. I didn’t have previous points collected which apparently prevents you from getting your bday reward but one of the baristas, named Kyle, gave me a free drink anyway. Kyle ur my g and u made my sad bday a bit better“

“This Starbucks location stands out as one of the few that has maintained its original concept. They serve freshly brewed, impeccable coffee, including their beloved blonde roast, also known as “The True North.” The coffee was delightfully hot and refreshing. The young associate who helped me was incredibly professional and attentive.

The seating area, although outside the cafe, was clean and organized. Unlike other locations that feel like a discotheque, this one was quiet and inviting.

To regain the loyalty of its original customers, Starbucks should focus on a few key areas:

1. Create a calm, clean environment where people can talk, not feel like they’re in a high school cafeteria.
2. Prioritize coffee and its quality. I don’t care if you charge $4, but serve it perfectly in a decent environment.
3. Avoid the colourful, unhealthy drinks that seem to attract children. They’re not good for them anyway.“
