“This place keeps the local school fed, so it's best to hit it during the week, but not during the school lunch break. Good pizza, great prices, usually slices fresh in warmer. Atmosphere? Functional, but thats not what you're here. There's a patio to eat on.

What sets it apart is the hard working, kind and very welcoming owners and employees. Excellent service, always. If you come back twice they'll remember what you like.”

“We had excellent service on Canada Day 2024 with our friendly waitress Pal. She was very helpful and kept checking on our party of 12 ages from 3 to 80, to make sure everyone had what they wanted. She put treats on the Robot and had the children go get their treats off the tray on it, which was a highlight for them. We could tell she enjoys waitressing because she does it to perfection. The food was delicious and plated appetizingly, too!”

“I'm an ex barista, so i can be a bit of a coffee snob. But have to say, i am super impressed! Not only were drinks coming out quite fast but man thats a good cup of coffee!! Iced caramel latte was fantastic and not too sweet. Also appreciated how clean the entire space was. Pretty lighting. Friendly staff. Really yummy baked goods.

My daughter and I had the best cheese toasties we have ever had 🤤, the Lure latte was very yummy and not too sweet, and the kids' sized slushy was the cutest, most perfect size. “North is one of our favorite local spots. They host fun events (the drag shows are wild and I love to see that type of support in our community). We love the atmosphere, food is great, staff is always lovely and the beer is always good - in fact, their sours are beyond the best around and I really hope they start brewing them again. I was definitely a bit disappointed that they haven't offered one recently so.... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE bring back your sours! I also think their merchandise offered is more stylish then a lot of other similar places. It has a unique surf/beachy vibe that I hope they continue. What's even better is that they offer a 15% discount you can use on merch, if you show your receipt after dining in their taproom! Keep up the great work!”

I used to buy a lot of goodies when I would visit my sister in Halifax. Now that there is a place in Sydney I can visit there or even get my son to pick up some things that I want. I love their sweets because I'm diabetic and even more now that I follow Keto. This is a great store and I'm so happy with their service. Keep doing what you're doing Kelly. GREAT JOB!”
