The New Minas Tim Hortons location is honestly one of the worst in the Valley. The food is wrong more often than not and even when it does come its often twenty minutes wait. The staff are rude and short with customers who just want a coffee. I wouldn't recomend this location to even use the washroom if you can avoid it. God awful service.
Used the kiosk and got placed as lowest priority
I ordered 3 drinks from the kiosk. After 10 minutes they still hadn’t called my name. Stood at the pickup window with 3 or 4 people working in front of me, nobody asked what I needed. When I talked to the supervisor I was told the priority was on the people standing at the counter, regardless of how long ago I ordered.
I wait 20 mins in a drive thru only for the people inside not to listen to your order at all they don't even know what's on there menu and it takes 10 minutes for them to make 1 large double double they really need a new manager and more staff

Tim Hortons in Kentville is a decent spot for a quick coffee and snack. The staff are generally friendly, and one employee, Sofia, provides excellent service with positive energy. However, the inside service is seriously lacking with long line ups and slow-moving staff at the order desk and drive-thru. There are reports of workers taking their sweet time, with no hustle from most of them, creating the slowest moving drive-thru ever. The wraps are good, but the overall experience is poor with long wait times.
