“My first (of what is sure to be many) visit to this place. I didn't do all you can eat, I just ordered a la carte for lunch today. I got the beef tataki, takoyaki and chicken karaage. Everything was delicious but the karaage was the best I've ever had, and I lived in Japan for 3 years. Beautiful location, can't wait to go for a sit down meal soon.“

A lot of places forget that sushi is also about the seafood/fish and not so much on the rice. Sushi Moto sushi rice is very well made and proportionally balanced with fish/seafood for a perfectly balanced bite packed with umami flavors.“
