“Atmosphere was very Authentic & Cozy. The garden centerpiece with Sun Lighting was Airy & Refreshing. The food however was Mediocre. The chicken fried rice was most disappointing containing no Veggies or Egg. Chicken Balls were good but excessive Batter (the meat is so good and would be enjoyed better with less batter). Shrimp Balls were Horrible. Ginger Beef was Flavorful but slightly Mushy (could use a bit more crispiness and they would be Absolute Perfection). Egg rolls were Bleh (wish they had sprouts to add some more crunch as well and accentuate the mushy inside concoction). Service was Above Par. Oh... Virgin Shirley Temple was AMAZING. I would return just for more of them.“

“We had a large order tonight for my daughters birthday and everything was so good! Best Chinese I have had in a long time. I arrived early for my take out and they worked to get everything out early to me. We will be back soon!“

However, if you're concerned about the environmental crisis (tons of waste in landfills, climate change because of fossil fuels, etc.), this 'take over' restaurant will increase your ecological footprint a lot. “The food is delicious with good prices for great sized portions. My favourites are the bean curd mix vegetable, veggie fried rice, and chicken chow mien. Their vegetable spring rolls are perfection! You also can’t go wrong with the fried wontons or veggie soup either. Highly recommend this place - the owners are friendly and positive and you’ll be supporting a small, local business. I go here to celebrate all of my big events in life. I went here when I graduated NSCC and I go here when I get jobs or get promotions. I also go here when I need a little pick me up. The food and service warm my heart!“

“New ownership in 2023. Did takeout twice. The fried wonton are old school - not wonton skins with a s&s dip. Exquisite. The Cantonese S&S Pork is definitely worth a try, too.“
