Our order was prepared quickly and was accurate. Great so far!And then there's the food. I really should have taken photos because man was it pretty. We ordered 2 of the largest combo plates that were different enough that between us we could try several of the sides.Everything tasted just as good as it looked and the portion size is huge. Talk about value for money. Delicious, fresh, appetizing... everything perfectly cooked. We agreed they were probably the best combo plates either of us have ever had. Seriously. “I drive all the way from Hubbards to this restaurant for my Chinese food even though there is one in Tantallon. We used to live just up the street from here and ate here many times. “I had a great time at this Halal restaurant. The food was delicious, and they give you so much that I couldn’t finish it all and took some home. What’s amazing is how affordable everything is.The owner was really nice, too. When he found out I was fasting, he even offered me some dates, which was a kind gesture. Plus, the place has a good vibe. It’s comfortable, and there were two friendly kids playing around, making the atmosphere even more welcoming. The owners will do their best to accommodate your needs as best they can if you are celiac or have any allergies. The food is always served hot and taste delicious. The Service is on point. We ordered Singapore noodles with Shrimp, Chicken fried rice and the Kung Pao chicken. It was delicious. Very well placed in the newly opened Brookline plaza. Ample parking spots.“
“This is one of my favorite restaurants downtown Halifax. The food is delicious, no matter what I order. They are very busy but always quick to get your food. The staff are always friendly, polite and helpful. My favorite dish is the pork fried dumplings in noodle soup.“
