“The doughnuts today were delicious! BUT, I would avoid the café at all costs on a warm day. There was no AC. The timeframe it took to order and get our food left us in literal puddles it was so hot. The baristas were obviously sweating and uncomfortable in their workplace. It was a shame when the atmosphere is otherwise inviting.“

“I stop at the Aroma Maya location most mornings. I am so impressed with the excellent service and the friendliness of the staff. Coffee is always hot and fresh. I look forward to being a customer in 2025.“

“Initially, we had several issues with the drive tru's orders and it was always a frustrating experience having to go back in and wait again to have it corrected.
That being said, the staff has always been apologetic, very friendly and kind.
As of late, my orders are always perfect, no complaints.
For the people saying the staff is rude, perhaps it works both ways?
Some are offended they speak another language between themselves...so what?
If it makes the communication easier for a quicker service, who cares?
Finally, the gentleman at the drive tru window is a sweetheart!
It's certainly one of the best Tim's I know.“

“Just a note, the shop itself doesn't have a washroom. However, they share a washroom with the convinience store/Thai food place that is located next door and is accessible through a door connecting the three shops (the conviennce store/thai shop are in a shared space. There's no key required, you do not have to go outside and get wet either). They also have a drive through options and a fair few tables and chairs. They are located behind the petro-canada off of Robie. Parking is limited about 10 to 15 shared spaces and very few are accessible parking spaces.“

“Dear Tim Hortons (Truro, NS. Robie Street) Let me start off by saying I frequent this Tim Hortons a fair amount when I am visiting family in the area. I find the service generally fast and efficient and have never had a concern with this particular location. I was shocked to be told yesterday by the service individual that you did not offer a 10 cent discount on cold beverages when you bring your own reusable cup. The employee at the window told me that they only offer the discount on hot drinks. Even the poster beside the take window showed a hot beverage and a cold beverage container when advertising this promotion. I would hope that Tim Hortons would rectify this anomaly in policy.“

“I had a wonderful experience at the Tim Hortons on Robbie Street! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and quick with service, which made my visit smooth and enjoyable. My order was prepared perfectly, fresh, and exactly the way I asked for it.
