“Lattes are great. Donuts are great, very home made tasting. Bathroom situation was very annoying, having to ask multiple people for a key and being directed all over the place. Eventually another customer got up from their seat and showed me a cup with a key way on top of a cabinet. Just let customers use the washroom.“

“Dear Tim Hortons (Truro, NS. Robie Street) Let me start off by saying I frequent this Tim Hortons a fair amount when I am visiting family in the area. I find the service generally fast and efficient and have never had a concern with this particular location. I was shocked to be told yesterday by the service individual that you did not offer a 10 cent discount on cold beverages when you bring your own reusable cup. The employee at the window told me that they only offer the discount on hot drinks. Even the poster beside the take window showed a hot beverage and a cold beverage container when advertising this promotion. I would hope that Tim Hortons would rectify this anomaly in policy.“

Both toilets in the ladies washroom don’t flush though (or maybe not always? Anyways both were unflushed and weren’t flushing).“
