“Stopped by the drive-thru after picking up the kids from school on Friday evening and honestly it was smoother than I expected for that time of day. The barista remembered my daughter wanted extra whip on her hot chocolate without me even asking twice, which felt like a small thing but made her whole night. Parking was easy right out front so we didn't have to wrangle both kids across a lot, always a win. It's nothing fancy, just a solid, friendly stop that makes quick family outings way less stressful.“

“Dear Tim Hortons (Truro, NS. Robie Street) Let me start off by saying I frequent this Tim Hortons a fair amount when I am visiting family in the area. I find the service generally fast and efficient and have never had a concern with this particular location. I was shocked to be told yesterday by the service individual that you did not offer a 10 cent discount on cold beverages when you bring your own reusable cup. The employee at the window told me that they only offer the discount on hot drinks. Even the poster beside the take window showed a hot beverage and a cold beverage container when advertising this promotion. I would hope that Tim Hortons would rectify this anomaly in policy.“
